I completed my 5 k in 19:42 it’s my pr that I set today with a practice of 3 months jogging 5k daily
I have an 18 minute 5k and that makes it looks so damn easy 😭
Distances are wrong 6 minute mile is about a 20 minute 5k because it is 3.2 miles for a 5k all distances and paces are wrong
I’m a 5’0 100 pound girl and I just placed at state cross country running a 21:16 in the hail rain and lightning. I look like the 15 minute range during my race running my 21 minute time. Just goes to show running paces look different on everyone
Also there were some tall long legged girls in front of me who looked like they were on their leisurely jog who ran in the 19s or 20s so it just looks different for everybody
Remember, everyone's pace and form is different, you need to go for run everyday to find yours and to better it.

Guys, your running form will change how it looks to run at certain paces. Got a buddy from HS who looked like he couldn't sprint a 7min mile but ended up running 15:30

In the second one i feel my shoulder a lot more than abs after 15 reps i stop cause my shoulder fatigued i dont feel much the core even trying to engaign it

In 5th grade I was fat and ran a 29min 5k sixth grade got skinny and lost so much fat like 30lbs 150 to 120 and gained muscle then ran a 27 7th grade ran a 24:13 without training for 8months before now I am 165lbs best shape of my life 8th grade and 6,1 2 mile pr is 13:53

I’m trying to go sub 17:30 and currently run 17:59 and it’s a pain because every race I goto it’s horrible conditions

The longest I've done 20 KPH nonstop was 4 minutes... extremely tough to do
I must say all those paces are easy on a treadmill. Road running hits differently.
You loose more energy return when on a treadmill…if anything treadmill is harder.

Its pretty easy to push ur self and do these things fast, what is hard however is the shin splints afterwards 😅

Pfff, I used to pay a gym instructor to do exactly what I see in these videos 😒 Now I do it for free in the comfort of my own home.
