    5yrs ago my personal best was 23mins. But after covid i totally stop till 2months ago i started running again now my best is 45mins🤣max heart rate

    I can run 1.5 miles in 15 minutes(almost fainted)...but I was somehow told that I'm below average and I need to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes....Lol! 🤣😂😄☺️😌🙂🥲(I didn't even train when I ran that + it was my first time running 15 mins straight in my entire life, I felt proud for nothing) I quit the next day. Now I'm reconsidering this choice and I want to break my 15 min record...maybe to 14 minutes? I don't ask for much. Wish me luck or call an ambulance, either will do🗿

    I’m so much slower on a treadmill for some reason. I struggle to pace 8 minutes miles but on a real run I run high 6s

    My 5K used to be around 45 minutes and I would be fighting for my life 🤣 With lots of consistency and lots of walking between runs I'm down to 25 minutes about 10 months later 🎉
