So many NYC coffee vids are people with big plastic cups with dunkin’ donuts colored beige liquid. This is one of the only vids I find when searching that is actually speciality coffee.

Got my gen 2 burrs ordered to throw in a df64 gen 2 for filter and my conical for espresso. That df may end up for espresso but those gen 2 burrs are too good to not try out!
