Hey there, follow adventurers! I’m a 48-year-old wild child who has found my true home in the great outdoors. From hiking and backpacking to ultra-marathons, I’m always chasing that next adventure. Nature is where I feel most alive, and it’s where I truly become myself.

I’m here to share my journey and inspire others-especially those over 40-to get outside and push their limits. I kicked off my long-distance hiking journey at the age of 45. I was unsure of what to expect and what I could achieve. Fast forward, and I’ve tackled the Pacific Crest Trail, the Arizona Trail, the Tahoe Rim Trail and the south half of the Continental Divide Trail.

Hiking led me to the world of ultra marathons-something I never saw coming but now can’t get enough of. As of fall 2024, I’ve run 50 mile and 100 kilometer races, and I’m gearing up for my first 100-miler in the spring of 2025.
