I am also underwhelmed. Sora turned out to be just like the rest for the more part. Still the same errors, and eating away at credits with unacceptable results, and way too expensive. Imagine showing up at Burger King and paying $18 for dinner. You get it and it's totally not what you ordered. You tell the clerk and they say, "Oh sry, that'll be another $18, and when you get it, it still may not be what you wanted, and so if you want us to try again, that'll be another $18." Yeah...that just totally would NOT, fly. What a disappointment.

Can you use the upscale to 4K function on these Act-One videos? Like when you're using Gen 3 Alpha?

This is a bit misleading - after having tried Runway's Act 1 for a while now, it leaves a lot to be desired. Often the resulting video comes out choppy when using video to video for character animations, and sometimes it won't even recognize a face even thoughts it's obvious. The pre-selected videos by Runway perform best obviously, but using your own videos the result is often sub par. Looking forward to other AI apps entering this space and offering some competition.

The problem with this is that I have never seen an AI movie using that combination because you have to PAY for runway. So nobody, unless the guy is very rich, is gonna pay hundreds of dollars to make a short movie, with production value, for free.

Ok! I tried with similar look like footage and the same prompts (word by word) and the result was very far away from yours :( . What can be happened? (I used Runway for the very first time)

Really well explored and explained. The big limitation is only being able to generate 10 sec clips in Kling with either 1.5 or 1.6 as there's no extend feature. Any suggestions on how to create 30 sec shots as that's the max Act One can create. I tried inputing the last frame back into Kling but the shift in colour grade was too much.

I want it to change the background and give me kingly accessories (like a crown and more), but in reality I don't want it to hurt my face. I mean, it won't change the original facial features of the video for someone else. What do I need to do to prevent this from happening?

Character consistency is good but scene consistency is not there

I like Act-one for lip sync, but runway messes up the quality. The original video from Kling is much higher quality. Runway ruins it. Did you notice the difference? For example, the skin looses texture. And resolution is lower.

Its just a tool.

Can I change the language to Spanish? Can I put subtitles?
