I came to listen to Kara Dansky after she mentioned this interview on her Substack. Thank you, I am now a subscriber to this channel.

I worked for a civil service agency ~7 years ago. There was a trans lady there then and I was not aware of anyone who had a problem with that. I think it's madness to say that it's now OK for employees to say nasty things to trans employees. Its terrible for morale and productivity. They wouldn't be allowed to if their victim was Jewish or Black.

Now they need stop the discrimination again white men, that has been going on since the 70’s!

Well obviously they really, really didn't want to go to court. That's my take on this anyway.

A lot of organisations have bought in Stonewall etc. to give them guidance on "trans" and other EDI policies, and Stonewall etc. appear to have interpreted statutes according to their wishful thinking. These organisations are culpable for not having their own legal people read the statutes but could there be grounds for Stonewall etc. to be held at least partially responsible for any costs arising from adhering to their guidance? I guess we shall have to wait and see...

I was brought up to respect women and always have, however I have no respect for the warped idea of female impersonators being recognised as women, which they are not. Men can dress as female and call themselves Caroline if they want, but that does not make them women, which they never will be.

The civil service mismanagement is costing British tax payers dear and they do not know the law of the land, sack the ones who are incompetent, especially the one who sent the letter regarding Women's spaces!?!

Now we need an investigation into how speaking the truth was considered a crime in the first place, if we do not get to the bottom of how ideology takes hold and controls in these institutions and companies, and work on how to protect against it happening again, then the next time a ideology takes hold it may be far more dangerous.

Alas that teacher's payout won't have much more impact on other schools in the country than the previous half-dozen or so cases that ended similarly, with big wins for the teacher or coaches involved. There's 2 reasons for that: 1) The mainstream media bury stories like this that reflect badly on the trans agenda, so other school districts don't hear about it; 2) Schools are rife with ideologues. A lawsuit in some other state will not cause them to change their minds. Nothing short of a lawsuit in their own district or MAYBE a nearby one that makes their local news will cause them to (very begrudgingly) change their ways, if they have a few sane school board members.

A victory for women and common sense. The courts have spoken on existing legislation. However, common sense is in short supply in the Palace of Westminster. Just wait for the government to create new law banning gender critical views, thereby overcoming the courts.
