2024 total solar eclipse (time lapse)
My son and I travelled to upstate Vermont at the border of New Hampshire and Canada and found this lake (Great Averill Pond). Such an amazing place. Unobstructed views and crystal blue skies made for unprecedented viewing of this “almost” spiritual event.

Good fair review. Just purchased a new x model and it’s great. It will out last any ranger, and for the money, they are the best value when ya look at the long haul. I think many of the complaints come from people that didn’t do their homework before buying one and are trying to fit a workhorse into the play category. By the way Kubota listened and made several changes 2024 on up models addressing some these issues in the comments.
My view exactly ! I love just driving it around. The heat and ac make this work vehicle a blast to drive in the extreme hot-cold. But I know….. it won’t be trail riding with the Polaris and other high output off road machines … and I’m fine with that 😊
You did great
Are the seats comfortable
Did you buy it new what year is it , how much did you have to pay for it.iam looking at 2019 and they want 15.000 used 2000 hrs.
Kioti is the same way $85.00 and on Amazon was 27.00 I took filter back. Rip off.
The adjustable remote light? Do you have a link for that?

No headers? Only Track Axle back with a muffler delete that has been cut off? Did you get it welded in or just use the clips?
Never use the diff lock well spinning or moving. And the diff lock is a game changer and it works great. Your shifter will get easier to work with use . Use your break and it let the pressure of your trans
Piss pore headlight,no Rev light and a wiper that only does 3/4 of the window. Mine was with a good discount $27500 Canadain in 2021 same as your orange . I have no complaints about the work sight times in my environment rocky dirt and some mud . It will go till it bottoms out. Mine has 500hrs on it know . After the warranty was done I turned my fuel pump up a little know the AC doesn’t bother it on the hills . When ya first get them for the first 200 hrs till their broke in they lack power quite bad only way better with time
@@dstevenpaisley the lights I bought to replace the factory ones are very bright. They are LED and don’t draw much power. There is no reason Kubota couldn’t have them as standard equipment
When I bought mine in 2021 side mirrors were about $55.00 each . Your right should come on it . Also decent head light not the junk that it comes with. I also thought it should come with a back up light for what we pal for them. The mirrors actually help the metal brackets that hold the mirrors hold push the brush away from the cab .

I have a 2020 Ranger XP1000 with winter prep package. I’ve accepted the fact that I will replace bushings often. But, I’ve also realized that it’s really a small price to pay given the advantages. I haul firewood regularly and do plenty of projects with it. We also use it to trail ride to lake and things like that once a week or so. Great machine that can do lots and keep you warm.
Get some valve stem chrome caps

The one you have is the best looking one. Camo is the way to go
It has def grown on me in 10 months…I’m not at all upset I ended up with the camo
Can you provide a link to the spotlight bracket you have? i have the same spotlight and want to put it in the exact spot you did but cant find that base. thanks
Sorry. But I had that bracket fabricated
@@funnythirty Thanks any chance you can share who made it for you so I could order one from them? if not i understand.
@MrTexasdawg …. The service department at Norwich Traction in New York made it… it’s heavy duty and they did a great job. No patent or trademark on the design so I’m sure they can help you out
@MrTexasdawg …Norwich Tractor service dept in New York fabricated the bracket. I’m sure they would have no issue doing the same for you

Wow. Sounds like you REALLY use this thing a lot !! I know they are little workhorses. And I enjoy it for what it is. Kubota makes a great engine. No arguments there.. for what they cost. You shouldn’t have any issues with the rest of it. They are not cheap and the vehicle should last as long as the engine I’m still taking it easy on mine because it still the shiny new toy and I have had no issues to this point 🤞🏼…. The heat and air are the best parts of this , just wondering g if I should have bought a stripped down Tacoma or Maverick to do what this is doing. And I could’ve registers on the road.
i Have one of these and use it in ranch work everyday, I use my 4 wheeler anytime I can because the maintenance on this type of transmission is very expensive and it does not get good fuel economy. I save enough on fuel using the 4 wheeler to pay for it. These engines are good, never any trouble, but the machine falls apart around it. I have several rancher friend that have them and have same complaints. But I put up with it for the heat and AC, would not buy another because of that transmission, seems like it slips all the time and the hyd fluid has to be changed several times a year with my usage and is extremely expensive, and all the HYD filters.
Like to see them at night, you're making some good changes to it
I’ll make it a point to post a short video… It may not be till next weekend. But I’ll get something out there .
jlet go of the gas and press gas again . itsa well know thing with these because the hydrostatic tansmission
Is this the touring or track and how is the drone with it?

Hi, can you tell me if you have a link for the radio & wheel covers? I'd really appreciate it .thank you in advance
If you go through thread , all the links are there. If you. Any find them , I may be able re post them for you
How dow you like the tires
The tires suit my needs perfectly… if I was going to be in the mud and muck a lot, I would have left the ATV tires on it. But I use this for yard work and light cleanup on the lawn, and street driving, so was afraid the deep tread would have tore up the grass too much. If and when I decide to put a plow on this, I may re-think that decision , although I have read that deep tread is not always good for deep snow… so I’ll need to see how these work 1st before I change them out. Turf tires are my choice at this point .
Thanks for the reply. I'll use mine for the same except the snow part. Don't get much down here,
Not saying you didn’t get a good deal… but I’d love to compare your receipts against mine just to actually see the difference
For the amount we pay for these things, and the cost low cost of aftermarket upgrades … I for one, can’t justify paying Kubota prices for these items. It’s painful to see the prices Kubota charges.
Dealer installed everything for me at a discounted price from orange aftermarket. The price they post is not always the price to the dealer or what he charges
where is the tractor?
Someone the other day put a backup camera on there's, in the middle light spot showing back
Not a bad idea. I had thought about a backup camera. But the side view mirrors work great for me. Perhaps in the future Especially when I start pulling my trailer , it would def com e in handy
Safe the rubber you cut off the matt and you can put it across the front bed to keep stuff fallen between the cab and bed,i saw one the other day and going to do mine just a thought if you haul yard debris
Thanks for the videos, great job. I am buying the same model RTV, I wanted orange, but they only had camo at this time. I will be purchasing my own lights and things because of your other video. Great advice!! Just wanted to ask, as I will be putting in my own radio, but I didn't see any speakers in the RTV x1100c that I am purchasing. Did you buy your own speakers, because I could not find any in the RTV? Also, did you put on those front spacers yet, if so, how does it ride? I am thinking about getting spacers, as I live on some hilly terrain. Keep up the good work and thanks for your videos!!!
I did “NOT” Put those spacers on yet… they are still sitting in its box on my workbench … my bad, but my garage is not heated and it was laziness on my part by not installing them over the winter. But , yes I will be installing them. If your area is hilly, then I suggest putting spacers on your RTV… I failed to mention in my videos, I get the feeling, that the RTV with the cab, (in my opinion only) feels just a little top heavy and feel like it leans while traversing a slope. So the spacers are a good idea. The speakers for the radio are there… you should have a pre installed antenna, and when you pop off the cover plate for the radio in the head liner, you will see an antenna cable and a wiring harness for the power and speakers . I had to fish mine out with a screwdriver. The factory speakers are def not the best quality, and if you appreciate your music, you’ll get yourself a decent set (I think they are 4” or 4.5”). Somewhere in the comments I mentioned the exact size. I’m going to leave mine stock. Because in reality I’ll leave the radio on with the windows down and the engine off if I’m working nearby and it’s all just background noise anyway. I’m not looking to shake the neighbors windows. Good luck with your new machine. I love mine. They are awesome
ok, thank you. However, there are no cover plates in the headliner on the RTV, however it does come with a throttle kit. Maybe, the factor did the throttle kit instead of the speakers. Thank you for all your advice. I will definitely get the spacers!!@@funnythirty
Nikitl fuller nice to meet you it's a pleasure God bless you
Love it
It is the same at a Ford or other dealer. If you don’t like Kubota dealer prices, by aftermarket or used.
Absolutely!!!! That was my point. Hopefully more people will get it !!
Install a turbo on it, the turbo will not increase your top speed much but you will maintain the speed going up hills and at high elevations.
Sounds epic! any other mods? or vids?
There’s a couple short vids on my page.
Just a K&N cold air kit
Track !!!
AWE Track or Touring?
In all honesty It’s garage kept and I really haven’t had it out in the rain. Had in out in the snow. But it was REALLY COLD. And the snow was just blowing so no moisture. Sorry I can’t give you any info on that
It is designed much like a tractor, meaning not for speed, change it and you will break it.
Sure, and I absolutely get that. However, I’ve had a 25 horse tractor before and it had a hydrostatic transmission, and it never once slow down on hills, or lost any of its top speed ability, unless I was obviously pulling something extremely heavy or using a rear implement in the ground which would slow down any tractor not just a 25 hp one. It just doesn’t make sense to me that this 24 hp and diesel engine can’t make it uphill without losing half of its top speed. That being said, top speed is not a priority with me. It’s just annoying. I’ll keep it because I like itand I promise you I won’t break it
Do you get a lot of mud slinging on the RTV with the 2" spacers installed?
Not at all. As I mentioned. Prior to installation , the rear tires were basically “inboard” of the front tires… the spacers pushed them out “even” with the rear fenders. They don’t extend out further than the fenders , so no mud slinging .
Great! I will order me up a set. I have an 1100 camo on order and it's expected anyday now. Thanks for your help!
@@farmking5088. Take a few minutes to watch my “Orange Aftermarket“ video. It’ll give you some great alternatives when you are accessorizing your new toy
I already have your seat covers and cab lights waiting to be put on lol. Have you had any moisture get in your lights yet? I heard that being mentioned on there reviews.
a.co/d/hnbMsY7
Spoken like a true Eagle's fan, never happy and always complaining. Go Chiefs! Regarding the difflock, Kubota is making the same hydrostatic transmissions for their tractor line, and people use diff lock all the time. Just make sure you're not moving when you engage it.
Go Chiefs ? Go Taylor !! Enjoy all that teen publicity 😂 Anyway Yeah. You’re right. I think after you get the hang of it, it’s not such an issue. Although 4x4 works better in sticky situation !!
Bro did you tune this?
Nah man. That’s all the exhaust !
@@funnythirty hey buddy I forgot to ask the other day. Which exact K&N intake are you using?
@@BlackPanther1SS ….a.co/d/jjvdOUF
I just bought one last October and I LOVE it. I have upgraded LED bar lights on the top for front and back that will light up the world and plan on building a ladder rack that breaks just behind the cab so I can still use the dump bed. It's a work horse tough vehicle. If you hate it that much then Bless your heart you need to sell it and move on.
If you watched my video to the end…you’d see that I don’t HATE this machine… it’s an informative video that brings some of the issues I’ve encountered to light.
Is this a axle back or cat back Cuh your other vid said car back. You might’ve changed it since then
Super nice ,very clean....
😊
No choice? You could have made it
I don’t have a welder. If I did …. I would’ve tried making one
What is the part number for these as I have a 2023 rtv x1100c.
Love the accessories, so smart going to amazon, what does it shift like?
I have to say it’s getting easier…. Not perfect , but better than it was. And I’m getting used to it , so that helps too.
Where did you run the wiring into the cab?
If you fold forward the driver seat… there is an oval rubber grommet on the rear panel that exits to the engine area … it’s about about 10” long that just pops out. I made a small slit it the grommet and ran the cable through it when I put the grommet back into place. Then I ran the cable under the lift out plastic storage bins and then under the rubber floor mat. The power cord then plugs into the cigarette lighter and the control module can be mounted to the dash with Velcro tape
Can't miss seeing that. The placement seems ideal.
