Thanks for taking the time to make the video, i got an AVT Bull Bar for my 2020 Ram Laramie Black edition, the instructions really suck as do the photos and seems none of the bull bar suppliers take the time to show the whole process. Your video helped a great deal as the mountings for the RC and the AVT bull bar are pretty much the same. at 73 years old I know the air dam spoilers gonna be a pain and like you without a proper garage lift getting under the front is tough, but a lot less tough than for a youngster like you. Be interested to know if your AC system sucks, here in Florida its just pretty crap on these Rams this is my third and all have been the same

I broke that clip too, I was so frustrated with it I went to look for a video on how to remove without breaking it for when I do the other side tomorrow. Good to know it’s not a huge deal and goes back on tight. Edit: finished the install, turns out that broken clip was the least of my problems. Nearly every bolt to take the grill off gave me problems. One of them just snapped, another the clip came off so it was just spinning and wouldn’t loosen, the other side same bolt came mostly out then the clip came off and started spinning. Whoever was on the line for the front end that day didn’t give a shit. I managed it and it’s all back on tight enough with the remaining bolts but what a headache it was.

Great video and I believe that is an impact driver that you used with the T30.

Lock washers go on the nut side not the bolt end. If you can’t do the whole job you probably shouldn’t be doing it at all. Secondly a bull bar on a Laramie is just ridiculous

It’s worth noting… When pressing the caliper pistons back in, you should crack open the bleeder screw so you’re not putting undue pressure in the brake lines. The step would also force out any air bubbles or inconsistencies in the fluid level. Great video and information on the Z 36 performance kit

FYI that tab on the rear pad you were not sure had a purpose….thats the tab that lets you know when to change the pads and will make the squeel sound when your pads to low

To avoid the broken clips, the tire has to come off and the inner fender well then you can reach the clips to the front trim piece under the headlamp.

Even after putting the parking brake into service mode it will not retract, I don’t have c clamps to use right now as I cannot find them, and am waiting on a buddy to bring some by to borrow. I only have one side off right now, do you think that may be an issue?

Fantastic C4!!! I'm restoring a '92, same beige interior but was originally white now going to a 2-tone red...dark (top half) and very dark (bottom half), with flat black moulding and gloss black roll bar. The Targa roof is blue or grey tinted Lexan. Look on UA-cam for C4 mods, lots of great ideas that aren't too pricey. The modification to your throttle body is probably an "air foil" which smooths out the air flow through it. I bought one, then wound up buying a new TB. Have fun with your project, I'll be looking forward to seeing updates.

I purchased a Black C4 95 in April 2021 with 87,000 miles for $9,500 in Abilene TX... it is factory except the battery and everything on it works...love the car... the reason the hood lights were unplugged is because the mercury switch in the hood lights will stick and sometimes they stay on after you shut the hood and they will run the battery down... mine were also unplugged
