All four corners were all the way down on my 2014 GL 550. Compressor was super loud. I put a new one in and everything was great for about 5 days. Then right back to the same issue. I am completely lost. Didn't change the relay. Could that be it?

Austin, thanks for sharing your video and advice. Did the check engine light go away at the end after you drove it longer? It was still on at the end of the video when you said the issue was fixed. I want to try your solution after my local Ford shop told me the purge valve needs to be replaced but I also need the check engine light to go away as well and not give me any p0171 code or other similar codes. I would appreciate your response and guidance.

I recently bought a 2015 ST3, it started with the rough/hard starts after getting gas. Then the other day it started showing as a full tank when i really only had a half, and stalling every time i put the clutch in and held it like when i was coming to an intersection. Always restarted but would stall if i didnt hold it at at least 1k rpm even in nuetral. Got the purge valve kit shown here from autozone for 51 bucks and it fixed the problem immediately. BTW, the clips on either end are an absolute pain to take off. Engineer who designed it probably started his career off writing assembly instructions for IKEA.

There was a lot of corrosion on those battery terminals. Regular cleaning and maintenance of those terminals would have gone a long way to extend the life of your old battery. Just an FYI.

I had this happen to me. Flying into Port Olisar, an NPC security ship spawned in my flight path and I didn't hear an audible queue to halt movement OR SEE HIS SHIP RENDER, so basically I randomly blew up, then got criminal record, destruction of vehicle, and then woke up in klescher.

What year is your GL450? Would you trust the reliability of the GL for a long 10 to 12 hours day road trip? Am think of getting a GL500 2014 or 2015 for long distance driving trips.
