My Wilson Combat XL grip back section texture feels like rough sandpaper when I carry it compared to the original grip. It was bothering me so much when I was carrying it to the point where I had to put grip tape around it to smooth it out. Other than that, the thickness is perfect. I hope they smooth out the back section for the later models.

Just spend $45 on a VIckers tactical carry trigger for the Glock and avoid this thing. He says it himself: it changes nothing but the color (lmao) and the feel. Somehow the "feel" changes the reset (braindead). Ignore it.

And a wedge solves the problem today 2024.....I find the this happens with subcompact and even compacts because like we all know the clip or clips are so low.....but if you move the clip up the gun grip of the gun would be hard to get to if it goes on or beneath the belt

I carry the 19 everyday, everywhere. Might not be for everyone but once you have been carrying awhile and have all the right gear , holster, belt ect... Its comfortable. 👍🔫

Why I did choose a Glock 43x. Best in class for concealed Appendix carry. For training, OWB, I use a tricked out Glock 45.

I’ve always had flop, used a 19 holster sometimes, but a holster like a light tuck lets you adjust the clip to ride a little deeper.

I carry a Walther pdp with light and dot + an extended 18 rd mag under a tshirt with tier1 axis elite 5’10” 170lbs….. no problem

You could go back to carrying the G26 with that holster if you put a wedge on it. That would keep the top of your pistol pushed against your body.

No one is mentioning the “keel effect”which refers to a sailboats keel-or the pistols barrel length below the belt-like a keel on a sailboat.A G19 will be easier to hide than a G26 because of that longer barrel.I can’t be the only one who’s heard about this.But,this is why I’d much rather have a 19 than a 26,even though there’s not much difference in size-the 19 is just better in every way.

Actually, the Glock 30sf, in my view, is hard to beat. It's rather concealable and the .45 is a push rather than a snap, which is common with a 9mm. Moreover, the .45 knocks them down and does not over penetrate which a 9mm easily can.

You are forgetting one thing that affects some of us, magazine restrictions. Makes no sense to carry a G19 with 10 rounds. So Glock answered that with the G42, 43, 48, 43X, G36. All of those hold 10 rounds or less. There is a difference between CCW and duty weapons. All that being said I’ve been carrying Glocks for over 40 years and back when a G17/19 were small. Since that time stupid laws were passed and guns shrank to answer that BS. Today if it was practical I’d be carrying a G17 because based on my own personal experience, reloading sucks in a fight. I had the rear sight already changed and was like fuck..... when I got to the front. Couldn't find my tool so I did what any good person would. Opened UA-cam typed make front sight glock tool lol. I EDC a 19 but am looking at a 26 to supplement for all the obvious reasons. I didn’t care for the 43x or 48 but they are objectively good pistols.

Do you think 285/70R18 would fit this truck wit ah +1 offset wheel? A 285/70 is 33.7” and with more offset than the ones you went with might not rub at all??
