This video is short, but very helpfull. 4 mistake if you can control, your performane is high level mistake 1: Head down when dribbling, you should notice where your teammate are, and quickly passing if your teammate have a good position. mistake 2: Spend long time with the ball or alot of touch, recommend two touch is enough ( play simple but effective) mistake 3: Use wrong part of foot when dribbling, you should use outside foot when sprint, it's make faster and difficult for defendef. mistake 4/ tip 4: Focus on practice first touch as much as you can.

Nice video, great drills - One thing from a mechanical point of view to consider, leaning shoulders is actually defined by where you are looking. So when you look up over the tops of people heads your shoulders will go back in reference to when you look at peoples feet your shoulders will be forward. Targeting (Where your focusing your eyes) will define the position of your shoulders, so visualising the target you want to hit will help drive the correct shoulder position.

I was always taught that outside back on the left side of the pitch is the number three and and the one at the right hand side is the number two?
