This forgotten Pac-Man platformer is probably the only LCD platformer that allows you to defeat enemies, thanks to the series staple Power Pellet mechanic. It’s fairly well-executed, with semi-random levels that stretch out in every direction (though seemingly Ms. Pac-Man will only appear if you go left enough screens). The randomness can occasionally be frustrating, particularly with enemies and items that appear and disappear in an instant and platforms that slide underneath walls before you can react. But this is mitigated by a fairy that frequently appears the top left who restores a life if you catch her. It’s overall a fun game. IMO, better than Game & Watch Super Mario Bros. which can be painfully slow, but nowhere near the greatness of Game & Watch Climber.
