Letterkenny is a town in County Donegal, in the north of Ireland. It’s known for the Gothic-style St. Eunan’s Cathedral, with its towering spire. The town's Main Street is said to be the longest in Ireland. Donegal County Museum has displays on local history in a 19th-century workhouse building. Southwest of town, the Newmills Corn and Flax Mills have a huge working waterwheel powered by the River Swilly.

Would u please give me some information about the shops in here? Like Tesco, pennies, dunnes and so on?
Thanks for watching. There is Dunnes, Supervalu, Aldi and Lidl. Tesco is about 10km from Carrigaline (in Mahon point or Douglas). Can be easily accessed by bus. Penneys and other shops are in Cork city is which is about 16 km from Carrigaline.
Lived in Dun Laoghaire for over 25 years and left it 32 years ago and am now living In Kildare, it has changed so much since the time I lived there.

Thanks! In Sligo late Sept 2023 - all hotels fully booked. No excursions - no Ben Bulben, no Inisfree, no Drumcliffe...quite bizarre. Street traffic frightening fast - worse than Boston where if a pedestrian is sighted drivers push the accelerator. Sligo Tourism need to get their act together - it's a beautiful town.

I have such a sadness in my heart, feeling compelled to leave the US and move with my Irish husband to Killarney or Tralee. Truth is, the only way I can handle moving from sunny Florida to a cloud covered, cold rainy gray place is by living in Spain half the year. I’m even somewhat terrified about having to live in Ireland a full year before applying for citizenship. The ONE THING which would make it well, make it great, would be to meet people to become friends and family beforehand, and that’s why I'm posting. Spiritually, I consider myself a Spaniard, even though my genetics are 90% celt. I speak Spanish of Spain more than I speak English now, and I can easily teach it. I'd love to meet like-minded people. I already missed what the US was and hasn’t been for years. I won’t miss it by going to Ireland.
