The problem I see, for myself, with 100% raw living foods life style is that you must eat a lot, which means more time eating and also spend a considerable amount of time making your meals. Having a whole plant based foods diet, high in raw foods and low in cooked foods, with time restricted feeding windows, seems the best way for me to be healthy and also not obsessed about food and health.
