I started having back issues and problems sleeping. I was the heaviest I had ever been and decided to lose weight. As I lost the weight I began to feel better and more confident in many aspects. I bought some new clothes that fit me better considering I went down 3 sizes in pants and 1 in shirts. I started making more friends at my job and they hung out every once in awhile and I wanted to join in. I not once ever hid my phone or didnt let her go use it for whatever she wanted, this also includes computer and iPad. My wife left me abruptly because she thought I only did it to cheat… stay fat, sloppy and unhealthy fellas or she will run the other way.

If behavior changes (slowly or suddenly) and their is NO explanation, NO talk, NO warning, NO transparency, or belated excuses that make no sense.....and when you notice a new change and bring it up nicely and politely...and they answer back with accusations of you "seeing things that are not there" or "being paranoid/clingy/petty/annoying/controlling/anything else negative" - that's gaslighting and that means they lie to you and do not care about you. Who cares if they cheat or not at this point? They could be cheating/ breaking your agreements not necessary in sexual sphere, it could be financial sphere, or anything else. But why should it matter in what life sphere they are playing and betraying you? They are showing you they are not giving any f's about you already! Don't ruminate about it - RUN AWAY FROM IT!!!!
