I just watched your video and went outside and changed my mirror unit. Your guidance was awesome. I never would have figured it out on my own. The only tricky part was disconnecting the electrical connector. I finally figured out that a skinny screwdriver pushed into the right section released the connector. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to help me out.

I just picked up an 01 80... Like you, my seller listed it as a 2002 85.. Price was decent. Needs a carb rebuild, a complete brake system overhaul and some other bits and pieces. Already saw your reassembly video. I don't think I'll be able to get mine looking THAT nice.. Good job man.

DAMN THAT TURNED OUT SICK BRO!! Where did you find that seat cover with the purple Suzuki? Im restoring my 96 RM80 now. The one i went with is yellow and black gripper top but i couldnt get it with purple text, only black. It looks great but woulda looked better with purple. I think it would look great on yours too to tie in the black graphics you did. I had custom made replica graphics made from Australia. Cant wait to put them on.

how did you make the 85cc cylinder work on there Im building a rm80 and it came with a 85 cylinder but the piston skirt wont clear the engine case
