@TrentonCrow-wv1lg Darkest dungeon is on my mind. I got distracted by a few other things. I still plan to come back and do the back half / 2/3rds of the game when I know I have some time. Same with elden ring, that I keep picking up and dropping. I'll look into menace from the deep.

Yeah, it's certainly more consistent than before. Idm the change. I only say its a "nerf" really because HP was good for like the first 3 or 4 fights as pebballs often stacked. The new version, you sort of need to build around a bit more and I feel like the return is fairly minor [I'd generously value +1/+2 as like a 25 gold effect, but you need to pay 25 to activate it]. I'm also not sure if the new one stacks for triplicates and beyond.

I played a few runs beyond this one (they'll be episodes 254 onwards) and the Mole is actually insane now. At least at C20, they're a menace! tbh I don't like the change. It punishes cleave build too much as well as single target and targeted orbs. I feel like at C20, you have to run a bomb build now.

I see. So there is effectively a tax rebate on playing something further back. Yeah I got a bit overwhelmed with information.

It's just my internal "map" of beating the game. You get to the point eventually where there are certain preset shots you should do for most the fights. That's the flow chart. 'If I get this fight, I need to hit two bombs by turn 2.' etc..

I'd advise it's pretty rough playing this right now with the current pool of cards. Although, there is a patch I believe next week, so maybe will be better after then.

There's a couple of sites, but most of them are premium services with a subscription fee. HSReplay imo is one of the better ones for being user friendly, but you can only get data from Diamond down for free. That being said, 90% of the game net decks others. It does mean cheaper decks and lower skilled decks get overepresented. hsguru does a better job representing these higher level decks, but I find it a bit less friendly to navigate. Failing these, if you follow hearthstonetopdecks on twitter they tweet out lists for standard and wild (and occasionally twist/tavern brawls) from players at the higher ends.

Part of it was I was trying to integrate (somewhat) with the new Demon package, rather than make the absolute best Handlock deck. tbh I don't think Archimonde (nor foreboding flame which I didn't even run) is good enough to build a deck around (I have been somewhat happy with Demonic Dynamics in the deck though!). If I was going to add Wheel, I'd have to add fanottem too and I couldn't fit it all in. The sad thing is if I were to build the best handlock deck, the only new card I might include are kil' and ceaseless.

Probably; I kind of hate the mechanic though. I feel like it is going to hard to make them not OP or awful. If the pieces aren't under-stated, then launching a ship on 5 might be really obnoxious and if you then make it more expensive in response, then they just get stolen or poofed by 10+ mana cards. They might just naturally improve next rotation, but I don't think the dev team will wait. Only one new decks really being represented at the chinese worlds qualifier is not a great look...

Does morbid work on destroyed pegs though? I thought it was only on ones that had been activated? I just assume the upgrading bomb peg is a bug.

Funny you should say that; I have revisited this deck recently on stream and I was looking at the matchup on HSReplay. Libram Paladin has an 18% WR into fire ele mage...

No, base peglin has a pool of orbs and relics. e.g. base peglin cannot get the assemballs or any of the "ring" orbs (the orbs shaped like a ring like orbosite reaction). In terms of relics, they don't get many of the ballusion synergizing ones like redoublet, Is dis your card and steady scope; and miss out on a few of the ballwalk ones like training tabard, knight cap and added advantarge.

I mean, Kangor cannot go into this deck as it has too many important battlecries and I don't think the game lasts long enough with this deck to warrant kil'jaeden. Grooves never performed well and is probably just worse Lumia at this point. I will concede on this first list I made, the Rogue package was not worth running; doubling librams doesn't matter that much. I just makes you more winning-er than you would be at 0 cost librams anyway. I also forgot Amitus, that should probably make this list. I will revisit this soon. Though currently libram paladin is at around a mid 40% WR. I just think the archetype isn't great rn.
