These are great ideas, raglan is another very useful method and it does not involve any sewing at all

Is the 10 row supposed to be wide enough for your entire neck? I want mine to be slightly oversized and 10 rows reaches the middle of my neck for even a regular fit.. low-key so stressed out I’ve been working on this for about 40 hours and now I’m so confused. I don’t know what to do lol

I can knit with my eyes closed and I often watch series while crocheting, but reading I don't think I could! Too much focus would be needed on both sides X) The only thing I can't feel with my hands is the next stitch, but tbh even my eyes aren't enough for this one... I guess I need both for this part, but I hope I'll get it someday!

love this video but i have an EVEN EASIER way of making a sweater that has No Sewing... if i was brave enough to upload videos i'd do one but think of it as no panels no measurements lol basically u make a strip of ribbing for ur neckline however long you want it, slip stitch it so it's a big short tube, and then just keep crocheting along the edge so it extends the tube (and increasing every few rows), once you can put it on and it goes below ur armpits you skip enough stitches for the armholes and keep going until it's the length you want, then keep going along the armholes and this makes no sense without visuals lmao

Ok this makes perfect sense, bit the part with the one-pannel sweater: the part with the neck gap, do you crochet one side tjen go back and do the other, or is there a method to do it all at once?
