Absolutely! When I said "you want to step on the fire" that means I want to slip to whichever side the fire is on. If the fire is on my left wing, slip to the left, I would use left rudder and right aileron at the same time. If the fire is on my right wing, slip to the right, I would use right rudder and left aileron at the same time. These are the first steps to do in a REAL WORLD scenario. Since this is War Thunder, I'm not entirely sure if this would work in game but it's still a GREAT procedure to memorize. In theory this would work on the other planes and engine fires in War Thunder. This procedure is to help stop the fire from SPREADING.

​@@lucA10Thunderbolt the fact that it comes from a real life emergency procedure is just amazing.🤯 I searched for the flying lesson about sideslip and it said slipping also helps you to controll ur speed in a shallow dive

The D-10 is an AMAZING P-51 and is my favorite P-51. The D-10 is pretty much a D-20 with a better engine. The D-10 flies very similarly to the D-30 but the D-10's performance will not be as good as the D-30's. Even with that being the case, the D-30 at the moment is at a battle rating of 5.0 and the D-10 is at a battle rating of 4.3. A .7 battle rating difference for almost the exact same aircraft, don't mind if I do lol! I highly recommend the D-10.

Yes, the red square tells you which quadrant the enemy is in. The enemy will be anywhere in that red square.

Definitely super rare to see someone get 7 air kills in one game. The only aircraft I've had 7 air kills with is my P-51D-10, I posted that video 3 months ago.

@@lucA10Thunderbolt I flew it out for the first time just now. In the second battle, after unlocking belts for the 20mm, I managed to shoot down a P-400 and a P-39.

The me262 has its especially developed rockets as a payload option, they were supposed to be fired in a salvo against bombers

My aim in this aircraft isn't all that great either. If you want to improve your aim in general without you losing any Silver Lions, you can click on the aircraft you want to fly, hit "test flight," go to the bottom left, click on "mission editor," choose your settings and hit apply. Now you'll be in a game with AI's and that game won't count towards your service record and won't make any impact other than on your experience.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll start working on a video explaining how it works. The reason why you're going into a flat spin is most likely because you're over controlling. "Full real controls" really is A LOT different than the average "mouse aim." You also need to be aware of how much you're pulling, you can stall at ANY airspeed if you pull hard enough. Take my Ki-61 otsu video for example: when I died at the end, I went into full real controls, pulled too hard and went into an accelerated stall/spin. When you "touch the rudder" you can also get uncoordinated and possibly go into a cross controlled stall, meaning you're pretty much doing a sideslip (opposite aileron, opposite rudder.) If you get too slow and your nose is up, you stall.

Thanks for your comment! I'm not quite sure how YOU would "climb out of an attack" but if someone were above me and coming after me, I would NEVER climb out of that attack. I dump all my flaps because I'm already getting to be at a VERY low energy state, flaps do create drag but they also create LIFT. Thank you physics! I dump my flaps to not fall out of the sky and then, I wait for the enemy to stall because most of the time they follow me up.
