I think William Afton targets children for multiple reasons; 1) He is very "deceptive" and "sneaky" in his actions and does not want to get caught; so it stands to reason he would want victims that he feels confident in always overpowering and not having to deal with a fair fight or a fight where he could be at a disadvantage. 2) He loses his own children and his family becomes more and more broken; to knowingly take away someone's child, their happiness, might give him some zing. 3) Sadly children do go missing a lot and there are less "clues" a missing child could leave. Adults have more paper trails and personal/professional connections so police have more to work on. If/when a child goes missing at a crowded public place the police are highly dependent on immediate eye witnesses or security camera footage to explain what happened. On a personal level I believe Afton was, by the time he starts killing, no longer directly owning a stake in the company. There is the phrase "into madness" and I suspect it does mean something; that certain character's actions are explained by a sudden "snap" or break with reality. I suspect the "Big Bite" of '87 is why Afton had to form a new company to then sub-contract with Fazbear; they kicked him out to avoid scandal and then got him back for a "steal" of a cheap rate as a subcontractor; the combination of being so publicly embarrassed, suffering loss and then having to basically beg his way back in sideways sounds like enough reason, to me, for that person to "snap". And by "snap" I mean do the MCI with hopes it does destroy the company and that it's too big of a deal for them to "smooth over" like with the Big Bite (by ejecting that branch owner, one of the original founders, from the company).

Tbh given we have 3 related scenes for golden freddy in UCN is definitely something... (50/20, death coin fredbear, old man consuqences) Could suggest we have three people? Golden freddy from the 50/20 cutscene (Vengeful spirit, or cassidy if VS isnt cassidy.) Fredbear death coin jumpscare (CC) and old man consuqences scenes (perhaps ralph is OMC? I mean OMC does seem to act as a guide to cassidy (and/or CC). And who else do we have as a guide that was in every game before fnaf world? And then OMC comes from fnaf world I think this is totally possible. Tbh it could explain why phone guy is in UCN to begin with

This is what my poor mom hears when I'm tipsy (or sober either way honestly lol) and ranting to her about fnaf lore

To me, the thing that made FNaF so utterly terrifying is the idea that these machines aren't MEANT to kill, yet they are still capable of insane amounts of harm. I don't know if anyone else has ever toured a machine factory before, but just the feeling of being next to a 2 ton behemoth of moving parts that Does Not Know The Difference From Flesh And Steel And Does Not Care. Dying in FNaF 1 was so gruesome because you're literally having your entire body shoved into a space that it has no room to fit within by a robot that you have no hope of escaping or overpowering. By turning that fate into a generically dangerous "oooo buzzsaws!" it becomes so obviously meant to be frightening that it just isn't.

Lame.

IMO the only thing I like about Shreddy Fazchair is the name itself.
