Hit waves at ,30 degree on a mono hull they referred to. power up the face of the wave , just before hit peak then power off so just float down the wave. No full power at peak of wave which rockets boat vertically in air and bashes boat at end of the wave. I learnt tbis at sea squadron course im south australia. Boat licences are given out waaay too easily im comparison for the high dangers of the sea.
