Smores On A Stick and Holiday Treats
I like to make treats during the holidays for friends and family. I always make oreo truffles and peanut butter truffles. I always have leftover melted chocolate so the past few years I started making smores on a stick. It’s a delicious way to use the rest of the melted chocolate. They are amazing and can honestly be made year-round. They are a simple treat to make during the holidays.
Ingredients:
18 marshmallows
1 pound of milk chocolate
1 package of gram crackers
*optional, cake pop sticks
Instructions:
Place gram crackers into a food processor and mix for around 5-10 seconds
Place cake pop sticks into the marshmallow
Using a kitchen torch, toast the outside of the marshmallow to your liking
Place the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl
Microwave the chocolate in 30-second increments, mixing the chocolate after every 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth
Us a for to dab a little chocolate where the cake pop stick is inserted into the marshmallow to ensure the stick doesn’t come out while dunking into the melted chocolate
Let the dabbed chocolate harden
Dunk the marshmallow into the chocolate in a swirling motion
Immidielty dust with gram cracker crumbs
Place onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes
ENJOY!

People PLEASE saute your onions garlic and bell pepper FIRST! Don't listen to the wanna be UA-cam cooks, they don't have a clue how to actually cook GOOD food! Don't drain your bean either, they will be way too dry, just smoke them for 2 or more hours (uncovered), they will thicken up just fine.

I'll try this. I might try chopping the larger cauliflower florets into small bite pieces, then only blending half the cooked cauliflower. I'll cut the cauliflower down to size the night before and store it in a large bag with just enough olive oil to barely cover the pieces and about a .5 tsp of salt. Sort of a dry brine for the cauliflower.

Looks good, love rare roast beef, but your thermometer needs replacing. There’s no way that was cooked to 135°. That was a solid 125°, especially that bottom middle section. The warmed jus cooks it the rest of the way though, no problem.

Not really. You can start with any ketchup based, or tomatoe puree based, and add ingredients, to taste!!!...:) Hope this helps!!! if you're making BBQ sauce, and add a store bought brand to it, with the other ingredients, all you're doing is doctoring up the bottled brand.

no on the rare beef, and as far as this entire procedure, just go buy some boars head roast beef, its gonna be good and you don't need a big huge slicer on your counter to make a sandwich...you can also just cook a trip in the oven for a couple hrs with some liquid, celery, onion carrots etc, beef broth, not too much liquid but an inch or 2 and cook the roast for a couple hrs, get some good baquette or french rolls or bread, and when the meat is almost falling apart after 2 hrs or so slice it let it sit in the broth from cooking your roast and you have your au jus and cooked meat, its not that difficult to make french dip's cook a roast in the oven, you don't need smokers or meat thermometers and some outdoor bbq setup, none of that is necessary to make a killer french dip or beef dip sandwich.

That's the whole tenderloin cut right? A filet mignon wouldn't have all the fat and silver skin still on it. Need to remove the silver skin for sure.
