As a Kenyan it was a wonderful experience for me having been in Arua for almost an year and would be happy to return again.

"They drive high breed cars". Nigerians can't even power their home lightings and appliances because of horribly eratic power supply, to the extent that even in big cities all across the country, people go anywhere from days to weeks to months in a row without power supply, let alone be able to power high breed cars. Even this piece of information was brought to you under rechargeable lantern, and the power has been restored on and off atleast, 6 times in the last 24 hours. Suffice to say that Nigeria is definitely what Rwanda should NEVER regressed into.

This is also a good neighborhood like najjera and if the roads are worked on , they will be the best neighborhoods in kampala

If roads and streets are worked, it will be a very good neighborhood

They should also work out on open drainage channels they should be covered.urban cities nolonger have open drainage channels
