Hindi naman masyado namasa ang dough. Im sure hindi mo na achieve ang window pane test dyan. Its rare na ma over knead ang bread just using manual process. Keep kneading until maging elastic at makinis ang dough

Sa tingin pa lang dun sa way ng pagmamasa pati sa texture ng dough malalaman mo nang hindi malambot ang kalalabasan ng pandesal..mukhang hindi siya elastic at rough pa ung texture ng dough

Hi, Anna. Possible kung bakit matigas, it's either sobra sa dry ingredients or kulang sa wet ingredients. :)

If you don't have an oven, you can still cook this in a thick pan with cover, just use a steel rack to put the baking pan into so it will not touch the bottom of the pan. 👍😍
