How to Grow Gardenia From Cuttings (33 days Time Lapse )
What is the purpose of cutting the roots?
From the fallen leaves, i can tell it's red oak. Well one of the trees at least. It shouldn't sprout without cold stratification. How did it work for you? Also what grew did not resemble what you picked. Crap video.
👍❤️
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🍀 Gracias desde Madrid 🇪🇦
That’s a red oak how did you sprout it without stratified it
I learned on planting acorns INSIDE instead of outside where the squirrels take them. Winter is coming. I want to put them outside, but you never SHOWED how!
wow it took over a month to start sprouting. That makes me feel better about my acorns after its only been a week lmao
Thanks 🎉🎉
Thanks for the info. I have a 4 Gardenias that grow side by side. Before I moved here they looked pathetic. Now their Beautiful with tons of Blooms. Ever so often I have to pick them. But wanted to grow more of them cause I have a Big Yard. And they smell Wonderful! 😍
Mine sprouted in a week. Have them in a hydroponic rail system now. But started then in soil
Got my first flowers 2 weeks ago now have strawberrys growing on them! Ppm at 1100
Aaaaaaahhhhh 🙏🙏🙏🙏🍾🥂💯💯💯💯💯😘😘😘😘🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉Sooooo Nice Thank You very much. GODS Blessing's. Humble Greetings from Suriname
One word can describe this video: beautiful
84 months. Show me that
I never had any luck with gardenias, my 25 year old cat just passed and I want to keep a gardenia in her honor/memory. I bought this 1 in home Depot any advice on transplanting/soil? Thanks.
I'm not a pro but my 7ft gardenia bush my grandpa planted 48 years ago died down to a handful of stalks cause the freeze 2 years ago 😅 gardenias like acidic soil you can mix coffee grounds for the necessary nutrients they need. When our Bush was full of flowers and 7ft the whole porch smelled like gardenias for about 10ft in any direction and random animals used frequent the area. When you move in the future uproot the whole bush and take it with you
What's the point

Killing your plant over and over
Very cool!!! Thanks 4 sharing
Neat!
Need some neem cake powder on there ..them fly are sooooooooo God dam annoying
Hola!
Mine took forever to root. Maybe it was the heat outside. I’m trying the basement next.
Awesome sophisticated Developmental Plant Biology and a magnificent tree. Oak is my number one tree. There is a HUGE Oak tree in the park, near where I live.
Nobody cares nerd
Why the hell did you kill the tree!?!?
I was thinking that too.
He probably repotted it
@@Mr_krabz_mcfc Oh ok good
I sure hope he did
He didn’t, repot in a deeper pot or outside
Hey sandy where spongebob?
Gardenias are one of the cuttings I’ve been successful at propagating. Nice video!
Is it really that easy guys?
I could do without the whistling and would prefer an explanation with the visual.
Do I have to take cuttings that had a bloom on it?
So the root is dubble the plant above the ground in the first year.
Thank you
Why did you keep decimating that poor strawberry :(
My guess is it wasn’t getting enough light so the bigger leaves died.
So you cut off the only branch with a bloom just to throw the bloom away? 😂
Why do the leaves look different from the mother tree?
Because the tree is young , older the leaves will be the same
pr໐๓໐Ş๓ 🎉
did you change water during these 33 days?
no water change.
A good trick is to clear the leaves a few days before cutting, not after, so that the branch has time to heal.
Nice one pal. You should see the one I started from an acorn a couple of years ago. It's about a foot tall and already got acorns growing on it 😁
Can u post a video on it? I’d love to see it!
I've tried planting but they die. I grew some inside, but am afraid they will die. Suggestions please.
Good luck
Try using willow water from curly willows, instead of root tone.
Love your channel!
Ehhh
God I HATE that $#&@_@_$ music!
How long after does it take to grow to the point where it will have the first bud?
In a video where you don't use audio to explain your actions, it's advisable to use typos to describe. We as layman, don't understand whether you put fertilizers or something else in the pot. We also don't understand whether it was cocopeat or soil mix poured in the pot and if it was soil mix, the ratio of the ingredients.
Thanks for your suggestion, I will improve it later. I put cocopeat here, ordinary soil is also fine. Some questions have been written in the instructions below the video.
Can you tell us about water, warm, cold? Any nutrients to mix with water?
Rain or tap water is fine. Best in summer, but also in spring and autumn. High temperature is best.
Squirrel
1:45 Lol you skipped from 20 to 25 on the dial. I was looking to see if it had the 2200 rpm vibration many people complain about.
YOIU PUT LECA IN THE POT BUT WHAT WAS THE OTHER THING YOU PUT ON TOP OF THE LECA? THANK YOU
That is Coconut Coir Bricks
how do you stop it from going brown?? all mine keep going black-brown and seem to be dying 😥😥
tap water? distilled?
tap water
@@yblapse1841 thanks I'm trying now, since I was watering and knocked a nice cutting off by accident
Thanks.
