You bring up the moon spells, but you neglected to bring up the fact that Link could technically block or absorb the moon attacks w/ the mirror shield. The Mirror Shield inandofitself is not magic in any form, so it would have no initial effect. Then the absorption would take place, and Link could send it right back at the Tarnished, thus removing magic from BOTH of their arsenals as a viable source of damage due to both characters having counters to attacks from the other. In bare bones vanilla fighting tactics, which is what the fight would come down to at the end, Link has more combat experience to draw from, so he'd evidently win the fight against the Tarnished in this manner.

A few responses: ___ First off, OoT or LttP link wins, though any other version probably loses. Link has identical physicals and superior resistances to magic (specifically dark and black magic) courtesy of the Triforce. The source of the Triforce (the Goddess Hylia) is arguably superior to the Elden Beast, going based off of each game's conceptual lore. You cannot powerscale the Tarnished (or any Soulsborne MC) by the enemies they defeat, because the enemies in ER can be defeated based on player-specific builds which are not canon to the lore. The Tarnished is as powerful as the player's build. When debating the Avatars (e.g the Ashen One, the Good Hunter, etc) they must be debated from the perspective of the story and cutscenes. A common mistake that you Soulsborne debators make is the assumption that the Avatar will have all the items and abilites that exist in the game at the time of the fight -- which is ludacris. The lore-accurate Tarnished would lose. If this is the composite version (as in, he/she has access to every ability, item and weapon in ER), they would lose to a composite Link. ___ Death Battle are basically a collection of normies. They are not to be taken seriously. They do surface-level "research", that is often wrong or intellectually dishonest. Remember that these are the people who said that Raiden could cut through Adamantium, a substance that cosmic forces could not break, based on a scan of Admantium Beta *(a far less durable version of Adamantium, meant to be mass-produced).* These people are a joke and their videos/opinions should be considered entertainment--nothing else. ___ Ganondorf was "the biggest threat to Hyrule" in that he was successful in essentially destroying it. This is not a power-scalling feat and statements are not quantifiable. This was a subjective statement that you are taking literally for the purposes of your argument. If I say "Lex Luthor is the biggest threat to the planet", that doesnt magically make him stronger than Superman. It means that the threat he poses overall is bigger, likely because he has deeper pockets and connections than Kal. Ganondorf is essentially an avatar of Demise, so he is -- quite literally -- inferior to Demise. Demise also never said that Ganondorf would be stronger, he simply said that -- through Ganondorfs -- his (Demise's) hatred will live on. _____ The Tarnished cannot dodge light, I hate when weebs make this stupid argument too btw: There is a difference between video game-mechanics and actual physics. In ER, the player is able to dodge "beams of light" because (1) they are reacting to the clearly telegraphed attack *BEFORE* it actually comes down, (2) *the beams in the game are not actually lightspeed,* unless you are suggesting that gamers have "faster than light" reflexes and (3) in combination with the previous two, the beams are in a fixed location that are easy to telegraph and dodge. To claim a character is FTL, you must provide a legitimate feat of them dodging a confirmed FTL attack (such as a cuscene), not a game mechanic. This is like when people say "Cloud has Star-Level durability because he survived Supernova", when the entire party can survive/wipe on SN based on a *GAME MECHANIC!* This also applies to Link deflecting back balls of light that are clearly and obviously not moving at light speed. The same also applies to dodging bullets, in that there is a difference between dodging a bullet and dodging the barrel of a gun (preemptively) before the bullet is fired. Provide a scan, cutscene or instance *(that is not connected to the player's build or game mechanics)* of the Tarnished dodging light and I will believe that this is possible. The Tarnished can be tagged by Milenia, the Valliant Gargoyle and other low-level beings; *they are not "faster than light."*

I do disagree for several reasons. I think Gremmy has win cons but Luffy also Has win cons too 1. I personally believe op can scale higher to planetary via AP haki does grant a power multiplier, and considering the base, adv armament haki, adv coc 2. Speed. FTL feats were present in the pre-time skip as lightspeed reaction feats and likely can scale to high FTL+ to MFTL by wano. 3. Luffy would have a few win cons such as having future sight he could be able to predict what Gremmy can do, and can theoretically kill him with the high internal organ damage. 4. this is a personal nitpick but I don't like using versal equalization I think is far more interesting and compelling to do no versal equalization if you're going in depth about a battle. However, I don't believe that being significantly more powerful makes you immune to hacks, even in stories where that rule is present it would be far better not to do that for verses battle across verses as it shows bias and judgment as you nerf other characters properly. 5. I'm gonna say this, but yeah it just hax. creation feats are ambiguous. When Gremmy creates space he just creates a void of space, even if he created a galaxy he never used it to attack or do anything with said creation. Only using it to devoid the space of oxygen. The best attack feat is the meteor but I think he can scale to moon to planet level. A good video by Steinixos can explain further. I know people will heavily disagree but I believe bleach scaling comes from a lot of statements that are vague or difficult to prove.

Even if the Triforce had to manifest itself, it obeys the one who *touched* it first, a single touch (and a balance of Courage, Power and Wisdom to prevent the split of it if you don't wanna work to unify it) grands you and ONLY you access to infinite power in the form of Omnipotent Wishes for as long as you live. Meaning contact with this object gives you the Potential of becomming (almost) equal to the Christian God. It is indeed possible for the Triforce to have multiple owners at once, this would prevent someone else of becomming Omnipotent if he has to kill those first who shared their wish with the Triforce, so if both somehow Touch it at the same time this technically evens both out (if it would be put against each other it might be interesting to see, since it's infinity vs infinity then)

If you think about it the fight sums up to a tie because both characters will come back in some way or another
