On the main rack this is exactly the same patch as the video I posted a couple days ago. I simply disconnected the Passive Operator and plugged those signals into NOON. I still feel like the Operator is more responsive & wild sounding, but NOON is a lot more "playable." The idea was to feed a bunch of sound sources into NLC Cluster. Since each node is a VCA, I could use the 8 gate outputs of Drezno to turn off/on the various channels. This is essentially the same patch as last time, with a few slight changes. First: I tuned the oscillators so this is no longer "microtonal" but is (presumably) in the key of D. Second: The sampled drum loop is no longer providing master clock. It's the same sample as before, at the same speed, but I'm chopping it into 16th notes based on a separate clock which does not match the sample tempo. ...
