Love the boat! The whole concept to finished boat is great! BUT!! This snobby arty farty don’t look at me you smell of sea salt, THATS IT!!! not another stroke! The purest finest exquisite one of a kind best craftsmanship! Really spoils the video! The amount of repetition of craftsmanship unique etc etc when you have young kids using 2 part epoxy and plywood cut with CNC! And computer CAD design! The only highly skilled year in year out muscle memory time served craftsmanship was in the talking!!! Not being funny but I saw no hand on tool shaping cutting of raw timber to make the hull! Only in the carding veneer of the teak decorative hull! The rest was done on computer and CNC then assembled by humans! Bit like a kit! Now sorry if I’m being severe in my criticism but I am a skilled craftsman I make bagpipes! And I was a blacksmith who made folded steel claymore swords so craftsmanship is my forte!

3mm glued on veneer will begin to lift after a year or two in the water. Absolutely beautiful but a perpetual headache.

You have combined the consistency and clarity of a Wally design with the warmth and craftsmanship of a Classic and created something really new and unique. There will be imitators, be sure. But no one will be able to imitate the charisma of this work. This is my new favourite boat project.

Cool boat but that steering wheel is lame from a design standpoint. It looks like an off the shelf "gt" steering wheel from the 90s. I would have went with a "moto lita" or "empi gt" style. Thats my take though. I build cars so have seen a couple of steering wheels.
