when i replace mine th ebottom right screw looks like the filter isnt sat on the body right id that normal?

It's good to have spare nozzles etc but if you ever run out of those, whilst you're waiting for an order of new ones this is an excellent idea

Hello, thanks for the video. I’m going to try and do the same - biggest worry I have is the pressure in the cooling system will blow a hose and dump all my coolant quickly.. this could be an engine saver in that case. Did the TD5 cap fit the E30 bottle?

Nooooo don't go sanding them. Use the same colour pads as your tuffs, or if you need to go for a clear set of brake pads.

So my air filter has fallen off. I didn’t clamp is down properly it seems. Did you put a bigger clam between the pipe and the air filter??

Good effort. Meyle is good stuff. I did my front ones. After fitting the new links, I greased the exposed thread and slipped a length of rubber hosepipe over it. The idea being the threads should not be rusty next time . . . Hopefully!

Good to see I am not the only person who replaces things in pairs. Lets face it, both sides have done the same mileage and suffered the same abuse. You see so many people only replacing one thing because only one has worn out.

I had an idea of a syringe that you could just screw on to the nozzle when the sealant is still wet and force it out, then you could put the nozzle back on completely empty. I sorta assumed a product like this must already exist though, I know the real solution is just have lots of spare nozzles though.

Thanks, very useful instruction. If you don't know about hidden bolts and nuts behind foam and flaps it can take ages to do such a job.

Finishing my headlights off now, great video, just one question, i didn’t want to go with HIDs so i got some NightEye LED H1s but they only have one connector on the back and the plug for the dipped beam has 2, cheers

I fixed mine with the Multiecuscan App for iPhone 👍 100% working solution, the only downside costed £60 for a year license when only need it once; On top of the OBDLink MX + OBD2 device (£150] and the yellow cable. Probably works with cheaper OBDLink models but I dunno, I brought one that people seem to confirm it works.

Hi Mate, love the video. HELP re my car is needed. I'm in Perth Australia. I've got a 07 RR Sport. WITH and intermittent fault re the center console stuff and other items. Its doing my head in.............. So, I start the car, the radio works, Sat Nav and AC all work. Indicators all work. Then 3-4 or 10 minutes later, a fault comes up on the dash and the lot shuts down, NO Aircon, No Radio, No SatNav, Indicators stop working and Hazard light start flashing plus the central locking on the doors start opening and closing! Car drives normal. 3-5-10 minutes later it all switch's back on and works again as normal. THEN 5 mins later OFF again. No idea what it is................ HELP pls Thx Mark

It’s a nice job in the Sumer / just clean the frames / masking tape can of primer and a can of the finished colour - £20-30 a window Costs/ it’s just labour intensive / the only real work is putting the masking tape on / you couid do a standard size house for £500 max in 2-4 days at your own leisure 👍

Are the bolts 3/8-24 by 1in? I read 1.25 online but in real life if you use that length you can't put the round end of the wrench only the open end as it becomes to close to the front diff housing

I am able to take care of the tapered dispensing end, my problem is the plunger end of the tube. Any know how to loosen the plunger end of the tube? Pressing the trigger of the caulking gun does not work. Happened to 4 different tubes of 1st quality GE silicone caulking tubes, only half used. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance. Jim
