I also suggest you to remove the auto-save and save manually ( with F5) because sometimes the game could save in the worst spot (aka while you are stuck somewhere). Ah, by the way, do not type "alien" in the command console... I'm serious, don't!

I had this happen to me yesterday. Had two guys with me fighting that guy on new game +3. Then some invader came in. One of my allies stayed fighting the boss while me and my other ally fought the invader stun locking him over and over so he couldn’t do shit. Got wat he deserved trying to screw over that fight.

If you don’t want to get invaded you can get invaded beforehand and just die so for 15 minutes you don’t get invaded

If you playing co op expect it to happen bud, recommend if you going for co op play through better to wait and gank the invader and you won’t get invaded for 20 min after that
