I like how medieval the field and grandstands look in every game.

It's like if Baseball and Soccer has an unholy love child that was better than both of the sports it was born from ever could be. Yes, I know Hurling is probably older than both.

I am from India. Cricket is most popular sports here but since 2011, India never won any world cup. So, looking for some alternate sports and this one seems interesting. How to play this sports and what are the rules can someone provide me link about this popular Irish sport.

Attended an under 17s match in Kilkenny this spring, it was mesmerizing. at halftime, all the kids run out on the field with their hurley and play! I then found a hurley artisan who shared his process, family history, etc. with me. Have never seen so much sawdust in my life but Mr. Bulfin was so kind, even invited me to tea in his kitchen!

Brilliant! I attended an under 17s game in Kilkenny and was mesmerized.
