are there bathrooms at the beach ?

Super helpful and clear! We will be visiting the resort this winter with my teens, and I was looking for info on activities, food and more. Now I have clearer expectations and cues on how to prepare to enjoy the location. Thank you!

This resort is horrible the foods GARBAGE !!!! Wifi connection goes out daily, there’s black outs. The rooms look like cheap motels and the tubs are very old and run down. Some rooms the air conditioning doesn’t work. People on this resort seem very racist and prejudice !!! They serve you food in the buffet and act like the foods theirs very stingy with the portions I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve been to 4 resorts in the last 2 years. This has been a nightmare for me and the worst 7 days of my life. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY GOOD FOOD AND. The crowd is a lot older and not much fun on this resort. Worst resort I’ve been on in my life. I was here September 14th-21st 2024.

Great video you guys. Wish you had labeled things since you had no voice description on this one. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) The food quality is suffering. If they could improve that it would be an ideal resort. First impressions: The faded lime green upholstery as you enter the lobby. If they invested in a refreshed lobby, it would go far. Beautiful beach, beautiful staff.

Do they have scuba here also, or just snorkeling?

There’s a video on UA-cam now showing the buffet of this resort overrun with flies and birds on the food saying it’s the worst resort in Cuba. Did you experience this?

Salí ayer de ese hotel está bueno en general, buen trato a los visitantes y muy variado buffet, el que no verás en varadero se lo aseguro !!! Seis tipos de filete de pescado asombroso no lo creerás !!!

I was there in February and had a great time. It has a beautiful beach, nice rooms, the buffet is good as are the many restaurants. We had shortages but for a day or so not the entire time. I am not sure whether I would return, the facilities are nice but I found the service mediocre I have been to 🇨🇺 5 times and I am used to better service.
