365 Days / Videos Quitting Alcohol. One Year Transformation (Final Video)
I had alcohol use disorder for over 20 years. I decided to take control of my life and quit alcohol. I filmed a video everyday for a year during the process. I hope these videos will help others to overcome alcohol addiction. This is the 365th and final video in the series. One year of no alcohol. These videos are my story on how I quit alcohol and went from a life of total misery to pure joy.

16 beers a night i was doing , day 11 today .
Amen, brother!
On day 20 here
Day 1 for me agin
Day 104. Alcohol is not for me. That is a fact.
Update plz
You started on my birthday last year i started on OCT.13th. 2 days to go!
Great video I am going to watch all of them for inspiration 😀
OK, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's latest is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.
If only I knew how easy it would be, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t have any cravings at all, for me the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after go’ogling and following Steffon Barkload’s advice and quitting because I just wanted to.
Hey, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
Finally, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared was definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
Thanks, these are some good reminders, there’s no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's approach is what worked for me, best shortcut I go’ogled that took days without withdrawal.
So many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the next and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's latest stuff takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with at your own pace. Best shortcut I go’ogled that only took days to rewire my brain to continually experience mental peace.
These videos are so motvating!
For me its been eating a balanced meals. I work construction from 6am-about 4-5pm so its vital for me to eat a good breakfast everyday and also lunch. That way when i get off i can rest , get a work out then eat a bit for dinner and get to bed. I feel like when you start to look forward to your meals and work outs more than your alcohol your on the right track. When i was a drinker i would skip breakfast most days, lunch was a huge? never really knew what i would eat or if i would eat. I think its part of the self care and self love that helps you realize how alcohol is toxic and bad for you in excess.
Wise words
Day 2 for me
Day 1 for me
Appreciate the video mate, I am day 72 myself, come to this video for some inspiration! I have the complete opposite, low energy, low mood, depression, anxiety and the flu! Have other stuff going on in life also atm. Having huge cravings today for the poison anaesthetic poison just to numb how I am feeling. All I want to do is sleep! Thanks for the video
Sorry to hear mate :( Anxiety and depression is a nasty combo and one I try and combat myself... there's no easy fix for it. But with the low energy etc. are you perhaps vitamin deficient? I've read Alcohol Lied To Me which talks about vitamins to essentially replace what alcohol has been depriving you of, Vitamin K2, B12 etc. and those have been keeping me buoyant. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bouncing off the walls or anything, but they're helping.
Wow u may not be a coach but I found u very helpful. Especially the bit about when u no longer like yourself. Thank you and well done u look great
12 days and counting. Feeling so much better!
❤❤❤
Where are you brother!???!! Checking on you!!
I'm on day 4 too. The tears have been flooding all day. I'm super down and blue today. Low energy, intrusive thoughts, sad. Not fun.
I am on day 3

@@aks19880 well I've just woke up and starting fresh today. I relapsed after 17 weeks and gutted isn't the word, but you have to put it behind and start again
I'm not gonna lie bro not saying your not telling the truth. But my day 4 and day 5 is completely different from this guys. I think the people Who is trying to quit drinking Know that this shit is very harder than it looks my side effects Is a nightmare compared to the smile on his face.

Thanks man today is 152 for me it can be done I’m thankful for Another opportunity at life !! Let’s go ! 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Great video. My story exactly
30 days tonight sober from alcohol and caffeine! It literally feels like my brain is healing. So much less brain fog. People don’t even realize how bad caffeine is since they’ve been drinking it in soda or eating it in chocolate nearly daily since they were a young child. But I’m telling you, being totally sober is an incredible feeling!
Had a Makers Mark and a cold beer at the final closing of the last local dive bar in town. Started not drinking for 3 days, turn into 120 day goal, made it 108. I find you video series were unique and very valuable in keeping moving and improving. Solid work on your part. Was interesting standing at the bar realizing I was making an impactful decision. As I waited for the bartender , I gazed around the old bar filled with inebriats making their last stand smiling and reminiscing. There is just something about a saloon and people and booze that is ancient and intoxiating to humans. The social and communal draw of alcohol could be perilous to will. The bartender arrived with tears in her eyes super hammered.and said last call. Big choice-cold beer in a bottle and bourbon on the rocks . One of each. Not gonna lie felt good and familiar. Had it not been last call forever, i would have ordered another and another. The draw of a second round did make me yearn. Alchol is a hell of a drug! Good luck to yall. Make good decision , dont destroy yourself and strive to be better any way you can. You can do it. Dont take shit so serious unless your life is on the line. .And it just might be. Although slightly disappointed in not achieving 120, I am fine with my decision. Moving forward I will still use and recommend this video series. This will experience has changed my outlook for the better. Self control is a muscle that gets stronger with use.
Excellent videos for regular people. Thanks
Incredible! Night and day difference
Such a legend man - love checking in with your videos every now and then. Thanks again for your words of wisdom and guidance whilst I hit day 104.. wish I looked as good as you mind! haha, all the best and god speed. Big love from the UK
For me the turnaround going from need to want, was when I took a photo of my upper body one day realizing I'm gaining weight even though I eat in a caloric deficit and exercise mon-fri. I never really understood that 1 night of bench drinking caused my week of caloric deficit turning into a surplus instead. That's from 1 day, when it was more days it' was even worse. It's quite hilarious now in retrospect when looking back. Trying to beat the inevitable.
I think the difference is that one wants to quit, the other one needs to quit. If you need to quit but don't want to, you will always crave it. If you don't want it, you will never need it and never crave it.
We are 2 years sober now?
I had forgotten what real energy felt like, yeah, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t crave the stuff anymore, surprisingly I didn’t suffer withdrawal and that was key, not even within the first days after go’ogling Steffon Barkload’s Quit Drinking Forever and quitting because I wanted to with no pressure or anything.
1 month sober, going into my 2nd month. Insane change! It feels like I've been reborn!
I think its time for a check in, would love to hear how things are now
Sober 26 years from Meth crack cocaine, marijuana and now 9 months sober from alcohol. You can do it guys!🙏🙏🙏
Today i complete 60 days
Thank you for this! Needed to hear it to push through today 😊
Totally agree with you on the term "alcoholic" that in everyday life we use that term to mean a bum under an underpass with a brown paper bag, or possibly someone high functioning but you can still smell the booze on their breath. We see those types of people as lacking discipline or will, allowing themselves to be taken over by something, which is inherently their fault. It's all bollocks as certainly I've learnt just how manipulative alcohol is and how it's presented to us as this amazing and highly refined achievement of the human race. The term "alcoholic" is a double-edged sword as well. Because that fabricated definition is so heavily engrained in society, the amount of times I've heard people say (including me) whilst throwing their arms up, "I'm not an alcoholic." But we still drink too much. It's shirking responsibility and gives those of us who have (had) problems with alcohol a free pass. I wonder if I'd stopped drinking sooner had I not had that image of what an alcoholic is in my mind...
Still loving your videos Nate. I’m on about a 10 year sober journey and I love listening to your videos, watching you come to all of these realizations. If they can keep everyone dumbed down on alcohol, legal weed, pills, we’ll accept a lot more evil. I know people hate a biblical reference but it’s all foretold in the Bible. ❤
