I figured it out. The file label for all employment is Also labelled security. Like the word employment is the exact same word as security. Regarding how it is like a global prank where the same industry has two labels in the same language for the same definition; but the public image would classify and schedule them as divided and different systems. Like, employment and security are two different things. Thus, securities exchange commissions explaining how it uses employment systems (like there is more than one with two labels of which they are administration of one of the labels) for proving that people couldn't believe that all employment has the same laws as security. Regarding how it would be difficult to believe that security licenses are the same as employment licenses (like a food handlers permit classified as a gun permit or security license for military testing or armed forces). Thus, the word secret and how it explains how the truth is obvious in plain sight; they both have the same labels. Thus, Spain and how they migrated and how crown colony union territorially employed; could be history written with the secret archived... Because they would be proving that the science of the two labels is a secret defining the migration; Spain and landlords and employers when they speak Spanish and claim it as a security language for employees... Super humourous and wrong.

Looks to be a lot more white and yellow buttons once the cloth is removed. One could suggest there is slight of hand or a mechanism in the tray. I'd imagine the slap is cover for the move. The buttons at the end are definitely different to the ones thrown on the tray.

My take, and it doesn't involve scales. If there are an equal number of each coloured button in the bowl, then instead of counting every individual button on the tray, he could just count the number of one colour, the odds are, if he multiplies that by the number of different options of colour, then by the law of averages he's going to end up with a number that is extremely close (or if lucky, bang on) to the number of buttons on the table. I.e. Imagine there are 100 buttons in the bowl, in 5 different colours, each colour having 20 buttons, the tray is presented and derren counts say, the number of red buttons and counted 11, then he could multiply that by 5 (the number of colours) to get 55 which would be very close to the total number of buttons on the table. He won't get it right every time, but by the law of averages, he will get bloody close, which is still impressive. Unless he gets extremely unlucky, he will be only be one or two off every time; thats maths for you. The irony is, the more buttons that are on the tray, the closer his guess will be, he just has more buttons to count. I imagine Derren's photographic memory would help him out here a lot. He probably doesn't even count the buttons when he looks at them. He probably just sees buttons and figures it out in his head how many there were afterwards. He's unreal with things like that.

If you watch the count very closely and listen, it becomes clear how he's done it. All about suggestion to the unconscious. Nothing to do with trickery or weighting a bowl as that's not what Derren is about. He's about planting suggestions into your mind, not magic tricks or slight of hand.

When Darron moved them, be put a small dent into the nail bag, and then told him to only move the bags by the bases (so as to not introduce new wrinkles/dents). It still doesn't explain how be influence him to put it in spot 3, but he at least could verify the nail bag was in spot 3. Maybe if it wasn't in spot 3, he would have asked for someone else to move them again, who knows.

Clearly the bowl is weighted and when he turns around he can see from a device how much was removed. If I were Glenn close I would have taken, say 25 off the bowl, put three in my pocket then dumped the rest into the tray. Then when he gets it wrong slap him even harder!
