I blind bought interlude and regretted it. My wife hated it. And I thought it smelled like a yard fire. Now I have that and black Iris. Now I Can’t get enough. Don’t know how it happened. I hated it , but now I love it. I want to wear ‘em all at the same time😂 can’t fuck with any of those from amoauge.

I love reading about peoples thoughts on creed, however, no one ever says anything about thw trash projection. Yes they have some great smelling scents, but for the price, the projection pales in comparison to bond 9 just saying

If anyone's interested, when I'm back in the UK in a couple of weeks I'll be comparing my new F batch aventus with a very old sample I still have of Aventus from 2017-2018. Will post obvious differences here, if any (other than the colour which is pretty yellow at this point). Great video as usual by the way mate. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on Frédéric Malle.

for me,the newer is better especially if you love the DNA but wanting to make it as a summer and daily use fragrance,since what i hate about older batch of naxos is they are overly sweet and to my nose naxos DNA and how it smells should be a very versatile fragrance instead of a winter fragrance the smell is not super unique but i love it so much,and the newer batch on me has no downfall of the sillage and projection,2 meters away easily smells me for the first 3 hours,the rest of the fragrance is around 1.2M with less intense and not cloyying up anyone unlike the older batch,very much the same performance

you are a true connaisseur ....Erolfa is so underrated in the community. for me it's in my best top 3 from the house. specially with the rich ambergris undernote

The only creed I’ve smelled(and own) is Original Santal, as it’s a favorite of my wife’s. I’d love to explore the house more, but they’re so expensive.

I have 3 creeds so far and they so happen to be your top 3. Centaurus gets no love though, very underrated imo

Every time I see a review of creed millesime imperial I feel very lucky because a guy I know has an old fragrance shop and I bought from him a bottle of millesime imperial which I thought it’s fake but He promised me that it’s original but it’s old so I bought it with a very good price. however when I checked on the bottle it was a 2007 bottle and still smell awesome ,very strong and very long lasting, I went online and I saw the exact same bottle sells for $970 and whaaaat I return to the guy and asked him if he has more he checked the store and he got back to me with another 2 bottles of MI and one of royal English leather, the boxes you can tell they are very old but the fragrance and the bottles are still fantastic except the sprayer of English leather didn’t work so I bought the bottles of MI from 2007 and went home and man a guy working in creed boutique offered me $500 to sell him one and I refused . Compared to the new MI there is a huge difference in quality and performance . I promise the 2007 one last all day and project very nicely and even after I took a shower I was still smiling it .

Secret for you, Creed never used real Ambergris. Its been a modified Ambroxan the entire time.

If you want to enjoy Interlude, you have to try interlude 53. It’s the most rich version and most enjoyable. I’m pretty sure I really like it because I tried it after like a eight year avoidance from the original fragrance. Discover smells incredible, but I also was having an extremely good day, so just wait until you know you’re feeling really really good then smell it. I can assure you 53 is one of the greatest sense ever but I would recommend journey man it’s a lot better.

Get Club De Nuit Milestone. And then compare it to Millesime Imperial. It's really really good. Trust me. I'm very picky when it comes to fragrances. It last really long. On my skin it last a whole workday 👌 Easily in my top 3 of best buys 💰

Creed was my entry to niche. I highly recommend you read the book: The Ghost Perfumer. It exposes the marketing lies by Creed. All this, Bois de Portugal being Frank Sinatra signature, Mellisime Imperial being a bespoke fragrance for the late King Faisal of Saudi business is absolute BS. Some royal families privately threatened Creed to stop claiming they were his clients or they would sue him. What Creed was is a man of great taste and imagination. He took Pierre Bourdon creations that didn't sell for free. Claimed they're his work. If it wasn't for him, Silver Mountain Water (my favorite), for example, would have stayed a rejected submission to a brief by Issey Miyake lost to time. Pierre Bourdon made Green Irish Tweed (and cool water). Mellisime Imperial and Erolfa (all your favorites). None of that Himalaya climbing, Creed family vacation in the Mediterranean stories are true! The Olivie Creed simply walked into Bourdon's office and picked up rejected submissions for the price of a tailored suite (that's what Creed was for centuries, a bespoke men suite tailors not fragrance makers) And a promise of compensation when Bourdon retires, which never happened. Pierre Bourdon's apprentice then went to create Aventus building on Pierre's work on the pineapple note, that's Joan Christophe Herault.

Green Irish tweed would be the king since it came out in 85. Aventus is barely 10 years old. So Aventus would be the prince of creed 🥲

Milleseme, silver mountain spring and green Irish tweed are my favorites although I have not bought since the company was sold the last time.

How did you get such a massive collection man! I mean I have like 100 bottles but so many cheapies and clones. The further I get into it I think I’d prefer a designer cheapie over most clones

You should try Original Vetiver. It is probably in my top 5.

Royal oud, closely followed by Bois du Portugal are my favourites Have you tried Tabarome Millesime? Another fantastic fragrance IMO.

I went to the perfume house without knowing any Creed except Aventus and I ended up buying Himalaya. Great perfume, average longevity but not worth what it costs. Great signature scent nevertheless.
