Those poor animals all deserved better
They need a few more Vekomas. 😁. Also, do the numbers on the ride sign correspond with what is on the park map? If so, that’s actually a pretty cool idea. Great vid as always.
This place looks incredible. Nice video as always. The Viking spinner is actually an SBF Visa. I don’t know who there thought it was a good idea to put OTSR’s on a mouse-style coaster… that just seems like a concussion waiting to happen. 🤕. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to part 2.
Grats you have done one of the worst coasters in the world with Viking. Luckely thats only real bad coaster in the park not a big fan of Mayan either for a one of the newer SLC its not one of the better ones. Its not horrible either but there are enough better rides in the park. i stayed about 5 minutes away from auswitch the first time i went to energylandia didn't even know i stayed in Auswitch because the polisch name is a bit differnt.
Do you also do a Vlog of Holiday Park?
We did! Coming soon!
@@more_bumps_ahead cause Im the guy you met after Geforce closed😅
Haha yes I remember! That was my second last park of the trip so the video will not be ready for a month or so but you get a hello in it!
I miss Ontario Place, but I miss this ride most of all. 😢
Its been a couple of years since i've been there but i have to say i was pleasantly suprised of this park. It might be one of the weaker park of germany but it had a very nice atmosphere and 2 good coasters. Some parts neded some TLc but they where building the topd side when i was there so hopefully thet got better.
It really is an underrated park and worth the trip from our impressions!
@@more_bumps_ahead Defently worth a detour in my opnion. Next time i drive up to Energylandia i will do stop there.
1:06:10 this ride is super intense when it’s going full speed especially when it’s it swings down
Perhaps the retracking this year will restore something.
I am looking forward to seeing this development this weekend - but I don't have faith that the original ride will be restored.
That rock reminded me of superman the escape.
They can't relocate Upper Clements' roller coaster, it was scrapped.
This video was produced 4 years ago, it is tragic that we lost Upper Clements park.
Good stuff! Really strange Vegas/Hollywood vibe in that part of Niagra Falls. It's been like that since Superman 2 :) when Lois and Clark honeymooned there.
I remember calling it Ballsview casino lol
I am sure some still do lol!
I hope they rebrand them selves and do some sort of theme park/amusement park and also like wonderland have some winterfest type attraction in the winter or halloween attractions as well when the rides are closed. Because I think Niagara Falls needs it there's only so much you can do around Clifton Hill. It would be a shame if it went to condos or whatever else.
It is shocking that no news still has come out about what will happen with this property, I agree to lose it to condos would be a terrible move.
Loved the great nor easter.. i rode it in 1996. Back then it was red . I grew up going to Wildwood with my family every summer. (From 1977 thru 1988). i, loved the vibe there.. watching this video was very nostalgic. "Watch the tram car please" and Mack's Pizza took me right back there.. saw the arcade too. Great vacation spot.. we always stayed at the same motel.. a few blocks from the boardwalk.. at the same end as Morey's Pier..
Really enjoyed our first visit there - so much I am hoping for a return next season. Wild really still captures that authentic Jersey shore vibe!
start at 3:20 - 3:21 by repeating 7 times, then go to 0:00
Someone mentioned this as a bad Intamin, I had to check it out, thanks for the quality POV!
And yet still one of the best coasters at La Ronde 😭
Secret seats on Pyclone Enter and turn left. White seats/red seats in the left corner have you always facing down on each rotation mm 😊 True story.First time ever riding Sledgehammer in 2018, reached the top. Just about to drop an it stalled. Evac needed. Amazing crew at Wonderland got us all off safe
Smartphones are the scurge of society, so true. Ruined to a point, the 'escape' of going to an Amusement park in the first place.. To simply escape society. Great series 😊
Didn't catch the price you paid for 1 night ?
It was just under $400 a night at that time.
Awesome layout!
Fantastic documentary. At 55 I'm old enough to recall riding Minebuster in it's glory days of the original 3 airtime bunny hills after the drop with no seatbelts, only a buzz-bar to hold you in. Wasn't aware of the rowdiness, the fights, the child diddlers in washrooms, the shooting or the drowning. Thanks again
It was a pleasure living through and making this series - very happy you enjoyed it!
this is an intamin not a vekoma, but it almost was a vekoma
Nahhh it's a fallyyblop, not a blootibloop
@@Leewise1 right
Was Green Lantern as raunchy as people claim? I used to ride it as Chang when it was new and it was never a rough ride. I am surprised nobody has made a Hitler video of his reaction to this massive closure of several popular rides as SFGA like they did when Art Bell quit for the final time or when Son of Beast closed for good. It's not too late. Somebody get on it! This whole thing with Kingda, Zoomanjaro, the skyride, etc was bizarre. Bad PR on their part to say the least.
Its a very tempting idea
142nd like
Working on 145!
Wow 😭
This Halloween was so scary
Darkness! The Ride.
Hey there! May I use this footage for a video I’m making? I will give you full credit in the video as well as description :)
Hey, sure thing! With credit sounds great.
What happend to condor ride
Here after Putin amended his Nuclear Doctrine today… fml
Hearting this one is regrettable
Condor is being taken down, what's next ? Boomerang ?! And still La Ronde asks for a lot of money for what you now get. Disappointing.
They desperately need new attractions
@@more_bumps_ahead Even if Vipère was pretty much hated at Magic Mountain (as Green Lantern), I would have taken it over the nothingness we have now in place of Super Manège. The gate next to Vertigo you pointed to was near Cobra, which was not replaced either...
uhhh, condor is NOT being taken down , there was a sign saying something like "this ride is closed for renovations and will look better than even next year"
@@CoasterSwiftie If all La ronde is getting next year is a reimagined Condor - then this park is in more trouble than I thought
@@more_bumps_ahead Haha ! Reimagined Condor ! Yeah, I agree with you. They're circling the drain at this point if this is all they do next year.
Where do you live
Very well done. They spent some resources putting this one together.
Wow fright fest have today in la ronde have fun in la ronde
There’s so much potential for this park, it’s not as if Montreal is a small city. They’ve got a decent duo of B&M’s, invest a bit into the park in terms of upkeep and a decent attraction.
Wish it was in some other company's hands with a vision for it.
Top 3 Parks in Canada

@@treynolds94 fr. theres like none
Where are all the monsters
It is kind of scary because on one hand I totally trust Cedar Fair to replace it with something amazing. On the other hand I don’t trust Six Flags at all
Cedar Fair is who wanted it gone😂
@ we don’t know that but that doesn’t change my point. Cedar Fair is definitely much more trustworthy. Six flags has always cut corners
A true catch 22!
I feel like the new coaster is going to be a gimmick and a huge let down. Look aT the last few coasters this park has received all cookie cutter. We need something on Fury 325 scale. And who is to say this new coaster will even be on KK land. The new coaster can end up only on what GL sits on now and they leave KK area alone for future “improvements”.
Afraid I have to agree with all this as well
All they need to do is a fury 325 Caliber giga because no Park north east of VA has a giga but “record breaking launch coaster” is likely to disappoint
Well said. While I’m glad I got to ride it a few times, for me it wasn’t my favorite coaster…a one-trick pony in my book. Zumanjaro, however, I felt offered a more frightening experience…and at least you could enjoy the view longer 😛. That all said, the removal of this many attractions is disheartening. As you stated, I also felt the last visit how mismatched the park felt…I remember when years ago there were so many rides, shows, and things to see and do…I know they have the land, and would love to see them develop it into a true resort destination.
GA isn’t even a shell of its former self. Ever since El Toro was added the park has seemed like a charity case. Up till El Toro the park had something special about it. Not sure how to explain it but there was always excitement leading up to walking into the gates. Last few times I have been there I felt like “oh ok here we are almost like being forced to go through with it
Cut from this video is my Zumanjaro experience this year - was sat and secured for my first ever ride and it broke down just as we were about to lift. It never ran since 😞 I am hoping GA can work out dome of their maintenance issues as It seems saving money in every area is taking priority where the rides and guests suffers the effects.
This theme park used to be on my bucketlist. It no longer is.
You're missing out on El Toro which even in it's rougher state is still amazing. The hydraulic launch Intamins were neat concept rides but in operation they were a nightmare, they required more maintenance than other launched coasters, they were more expensive because of that, and even Intamin has moved to LSM launches and away from hydraulic because it was more complicated and more prone to breaking. Dragster got remodeled with an LSM launch, but maybe Six Flags (which is now CF + SF) seeing all the issues with TT2 decided it's just not worth the downtime and expense it would take to have possibly 2 remade Intamin accelerator coasters causing problems.
You are quite right - they have a lot of work to do to bring GA back to the elite category
Strongly agree with everything you shared. Couldn’t make it work myself to get a first ride and there will not be anything like KA to experience.
That is very regretful to hear. I will say that TT2 once it get back up and running is still a better experience overall.
@ I’m hoping to visit Cedar Point for the first time next year so fingers crossed.
I think y'all said it every one of y'all call reliability wear and tear and replacement consideration
Hopefully the replacement will be worth it!
Wow that's an awesome dark ride ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍
It is awesome!
This is one of the coolest "small park" dark rides I've seen in a while
Agreed! One of the best ghost trains I've ever experienced
The ‘queue’ isn’t actually a queue, it is already apart of the ride and of the story (just like De Vliegende Hollander f.e.). If you miss that you miss half the fun.
We will be back for the full experience without question!
Nostalgia!
cool!
Interesting site. Clearly you have done your research. I would've like to have seen what each of the areas you were noting looked like "back in the day" when the park was operating. Even cutting in still images of things for a few seconds as you moved from point to point would've been helpful for providing context to the average viewer like me.
Working on that very idea for a history video now 😃
Is it a place you could metal detect for relics perhaps?
Thank you for the tour. I Enjoyed it.
Thank you for watching!
