I have never had a problem with grinding my teeth, but I am constantly clenching them/biting my cheeks. I’ll do it throughout the day when I’m concentrating or stressed, but I mostly do it while I sleep. I don’t know how to stop myself from clenching my teeth at night, but it changes the shape of my face if I do it too much and I feel too hideous to go out in public because of it some days. I wish I knew how to stop. 😭😭😭
I probably needed this because I play sports and have posterior tibial tendinosis and the pain is always gonna be there and hopefully this helps a little bit
This is an exercise for people with hypermobility. More depth could put those with hypermobility at risk for shoulder subluxation therefore this limited range of motion position is intentional. Thank you.
Right! Video says more info in description but description only says "jaw clenching." Maybe this was a pre-scheduled post, and she didn't finish the description bit.
Thank you for bringing this condition to light. I wish I had this information before I wasted money and time on all of the drs, pt's, and chiropractors I have been to who knew nothing about the actual cause of my problems.
What is this good for?
Nice 🙏🏼👌🙏🏼
Makes a shit ton of sense. Thanks for the idea

I tried this my cheeks hurt. Now. But I feel a lil better. Some relaxing music would’ve been nice. Thx
Omg this is so me. It's like my teeth are out to cut glass.😂
This explains why I always failed planks in middle school 😅

📖 It's always exciting to learn new things and expand our knowledge!
What is she doing?
Eat a big fat greazy cheeseburger, it will go right to her ass. Problem solved.😂😂😂
Just do squats
Right lol
Squats aren't the best exercise for glutes, they mainly target your quads

Or drink water

Something like this to make them SI joints and lower back pop
Make sure to eat a lot more protein too. When you get into 40s, 50, 60 your protein needs to go up because you don't process it like you did.
I think this is a great exercise for older people. But I can't do this exercise because I have dropped foot and no use of my ankles. any advice?
Keep up the good work!
Dang, hypermobility in your jaw too? That’s gotta suck

I know the pillow on top of head is just for click bait purposes just get an eye mask. But all the methods work.
If you were sleeping on your back I would assume that the tape is for snoring, cause you snore when your mouth opens during the sleep

“Ok so you wanna know how to suffocate it’s very simple ok so-“
Is that breathing in or out to inflate the balloon?
I don’t breathe with my butthole tho? How do I accomplish this without butt lungs?
use a bench so you can get more depth

@@perfectlyfitwellness6221 but you get more gains if you do full range of motion

for the split stance cable turn with adduction, what's the reason for having the R foot forward vs the L foot when pulling across from the R side?
theexercise I'm referring to is about 15 seconds into the video
gives you more push off the right side so you can access glute max along with adductor
@@jillzimmerman608 thank you!
