Worthless items to sell on eBay revealed.
We are resellers selling on eBay and locally in person. We go around to yard sales, garage sales, estate sales, private picks and scavenge the FB marketplace to find items and to reseller for more online. We occasionally buy an abandoned storage unit or do property clean outs to gather inventory.
We started in June of 2022 reselling and in the first 6 months turned over $50,000 in sales in 1000 items. This is just the beginning! We hope you stick around to experience it all with us as we grow and learn along the way!

That lady was completely out of line. Also I just don't do these overly advertised ones where EVERYONE shows up and its insanity. It's all about the free style stops. Going out following signs. Last minute pop up sales.
I missed the part with the attempted fist fight
Watch it again. You'll see it.

Good to have found your channel. I am Jim W. I was an old auction friend of yours. Great person here folks.
When you sell something that you took an offer on because shipping was left as priority shipping, do you still ship it priority or do you go ahead and ship it ground advantage instead since it takes about the same amount of time to get to the buyer and costs less?
Looks like you did ok then I saw that you were able to get vintage Christmas stuff I guess there is a real desire for that. 👍
You grow a pair and say absolutely not, that’s what you do
100% correct to keep the shipping overcharge. In my opinion, one should always charge just a little extra for shipping, as it allows us to add value to the listing (offer free shipping) without absorbing too much of the cost (refunding remorse returns). We have to assume that this buyer is intelligent enough to do a cost comparison and understand what they're paying. You were chosen because of a variety of factors: shipping speed, reliability, photo quality, item quality, etc., could have all played a role. Good content!
Thanks! I think this weeds out the people who run their business through emotion versus the ones who run it black and white. I'm with you completely on how you view it.
Nice robbery 🔥
Games are games
I’ve literally watched 2 of your videos and you’ve had an item in each one that you lost / didn’t have. Not great…
It happens. And that's why we make these videos and are transparent about what goes on and how we handle them. That record was listed before we had our shed and got mixed up in the inventory transfer from the old location to the shed. I contacted the buyer and told them the situation. They asked if they could have another record instead and they browsed my listings. They were happy to take another slightly more expensive record as a replacement and I threw in a free record I thought they would enjoy that I hadn't listed yet. When they got the package they were absolutely elated for the free gift and the whole deal. I try to make things right when I can. We sell hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of items every year. Mistakes are going to happen. If you think other resellers aren't misplacing things or out of stock on things just because you're not seeing it in a video...... Don't be naive. ADHDaves entire YT business model revolves around how he can screw up every aspect of reselling. LOL. He's literally blown up his entire store...... Deleting every listing...... Because his inventory was so out of whack.
Great sales day. Congrats!
Thank you!
My stuff is always going to be a little worse because of my difficulty in sourcing. I have however had much higher standards lately, most of those $3 items you see are $5 items that got marked down for years.
Hope you know it's nothing but love for you but you were the rirst that came to mind because I had just watched you sell something for like $3.86.
YOR MOM

I'm glad people understand. LOL
Coffee mugs, drink coasters , glass animals , PLUSH , bookends , PYREX, Angel figurines, Cross stitch kits, Disney items from the 1990s , Hobnail WHITE milk glass, Holiday Barbies, rubber stamp kits, Vera Bradley , Rae Dunn and trivets ,
In a few of those categories there can be BIG money if you know what you're looking for. But you're right those are all mostly dead categories that people try to push as profitable Like hats. I see so many people talking about how great hats are. Generally they're a trash category.
I agree, please avoid all those categories and leave me more gems to sell for big money, just keep looking for the obvious GI Joes and video games that everyone knows about!
Interested in hearing how you get around a ding for not having an item in stock. I heard you say that you buy a cheap label...do you use that label? Do you send something to the buyer, using your label?
If I had stickers or something along those lines I would. But no. We just let the label vegitate and never use it. Basically I'm paying for getting around the ding
If you are like me. If you did what not sold video, you would be there on UA-cam for a month.🤣
Yeah there's a lot that just doesn't sell.
So, you made a sizeable mistake, and refuse to correct it because your mistake made you money? Regardless of whatever you tell yourself to maintain the belief that you're a moral person, you've got very little integrity. Every single person that thinks and behaves like you do is a detriment to the world.
Sizable mistake..... that THEY agreed to? It was literally spelled right out for them and they said..... ok, that's fine.... I need it. I'll pay that. Yet you call that a mistake. *LOL* I don't need your judgement or shaming to tell me how much integrity or where my moral compass points. Business is business. Get over yourself.
I contact the customer, apologize, tell them the Item was sold elsewhere and do they want me to cancel and give them an immediate refund. They have always said yes cancel and refund. They asked for the cancellation so no ding.
Lol. Sneaky. I like it. LOL
I cancel orders out the wazoo lmao
Are you TRS?
@@fasttalkingflipper not anymore I’m above average now. It’s not worth the hassle for me to try and keep up with it
I constantly have success with these VHS in used condition when sold in lots - Rugrats, Blues Clues, SpongeBob SquarePants, Thomas the Train (narrated by George Carlin or Ringo Starr).
We have too to an extent. But only if they can be found cheap and in volume. But personally they're not worth holding on to when there are so many other things that'll sell quicker IMO
Google opportunity cost
As someone with a marketing degree..... I don't see how that applies here.
8:30 Where did you make the post? Facebook?
Yes. In a yard sale group buy sell trade group.
Free99 for the camera sounds good to me. For eBay out of stock items I’ll drop ship it to the customer. Other platforms I just cancel the order
Most of the time I'm the lowest price around so I can't drop ship. Canceling the order gets a defect. It was $4.05 to avoid all that. LOL
Nice. I was just wondering yesterday why UA-cam hasn’t been recommending your content to me. Those bastards.
I'm glad you're thinking of me. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside like I just swallowed a rabbit.
😂😂😂😅😅😅😅😅😅
nice clickbait strategy for adsense lol
You're welcome
What your inventory management system? How do you track where items are stored?
We use the custom SKU provided by eBay to put a location on our items. You'll hear me say "this item is in g2" and that's the SKU I'm reading. I can do a video outlining this if you'd like
@fasttalkingflipper ah makes sense. So eBay allows you to create your own SKU codes, and within these codes you assign a box number. I am the operations manager at a large ECOM business so makes sense to me but I'm sure some people might be curious about the details here. Thank you for your reply man.
@@impedanceohm922 Yes under item specifics the very last line is the custom SKU. You can enter the data there and it shows on your order. This is a common question we get so it's understandable to go over it.
First time watching your channel, love the content👍
Awesome! I'm glad you're here and liking it!

love selling those film cameras. i had to google your thumbnail.. and I still don't understand it. what's it about?
I sell on Poshmark and Mercari, over 600 sales on Mercari because I started there over 2 years ago. I just started Ebay this year . The other platforms don't even come close to Ebay. I am amazed how people just buy stuff on Ebay if you sell items people want/need and price the item at market value. So much easier than many content creators make it out to be, I love it and I think it's going to be THE paltform for some time to come.
This is absolutely fact. The more I watch other creators I start to see the trend of at a certain level they get more to being an entertainer than a reseller. I don't see a reason you can't be both.
WhatNot is on an insane run right now. All your favorite creators are not only using it but also promoting it like mad. Some of the top creators even completely switched over. I don’t use whatnot (yet) but it’s hard to deny the run they’re having right now
But they're not selling consumables like other marketplace platforms such as eBay or Amazon. It's having a run as a social media site almost. It's a place where people can connect with creators and connect. But it's not a site you go to in an effort to find replacement batteries for your Milwaukee drill.
@@fasttalkingflipper oh yeah 100% they’re having difficulty in those markets and they want to try and add that as part of their repertoire but I personally don’t think they should. I think they should just stay in their lane and perfect it. with that said you do have an option to just outright buy things from stuff people have listed on whatnot so it is a potential possibility to get that random drill bit you need. I don’t know if whatnot has a search function in order for you to find it though.
looks like I'm going to open up a ebay account to sell because ive been selling on Mercari for 3+yrs now and I'm lucky to have 2-3 sales a week as a part time reseller its not worth the headache and stress anymore.
I can't see the reason to not have one honestly. We don't sell a ton but what we do sell is decent priced. Our 90 day total right now is around 23k. We could scale up and sell more but that means more work and we're lazy. LOL
I think the biggest threat to Ebay is the USPS and shipping costs. If a decent sized platform partnered with Amazon or Walmart to ship things it could definitely change things for Ebay. Id guess a What Not style could take some volume away from a buyer who doesnt want or need a specific item
The thing about shipping costs is every platform is experiencing the rise in prices. I've noticed things I've been buying on Amazon for years have been seriously increasing in price lately to the point I'm questioning my continued purchase
20 years on ebay... it's the best there is and the fees are actually lower than any of them out there. Protections for buyers and sellers as well. .
I absolutely agree. When I hear people bad mouth it and say they're going somewhere else I just think good..... More room for me.
Ohhh remote controls FTW. Never heard of that brand, but will try and remember it for the future. Sears, blockbuster, etc didn't evolve with the times. ebay should put more focus on live selling. Most teenagers/early 20 year olds don't know what ebay is so this could bring a whole new generation to the platform. Pull them in with live selling and and they should be familiar to the platform and buy more statistic stuff (hopefully)
They also don't know what auctions are. Well......they do but they don't go to them. We are a society of wanting it now. That's the ticket. eBay should focus on getting the fastest turn around as possible IMO.
I went yard sale hopping over the weekend and almost every yard sale would yell WE DONT HAVE VIDEO GAMES and I started asking do you have VCR players? Video Games is an extremely tough market gotta expand even just a little
Yeah VGs has become increasingly competitive. I'll still ask for them but I don't expect to get them very often. I've actually started using the nextdoor app to ask as well. Had some decent success on there. Got a collection to go look at today that reached out through there.
VCR combos for the win. I just picked up one today. mine is a garbage brand but its whatever. I was a bit stubborn selling my last CRT TV, took 4 months to sell but I got $250 +100 shipping for it. (it was new)
Definitely low hanging fruit that people are looking over. They're a part of my ask speech now.
Someone buying an echo dot for $30 on eBay is a beautiful thing.
Makes me giggle every time it happens.
My brother says he doesnt like to be thanked for his service (retired as a marine 23 years). So, I will thank you for your service. I appreciate the FREEDOM of no missles on me or my neighbors in our country. ❤
It was a privilege to be given the opportunity to serve. Thank you.
Yo thanks for the name drop! That magnox is a real good one and fast seller. I’m not a tinkerer I sold it for parts a couple times for around $40 plus shipping Door stuff!
No problem brosef. Congrats on the engagement!
no idea some of those star wars sold for so much. I'm pretty sure I have that 360 controller sitting in my basement at home :( hopefully those subs from that short drop off and things go back to normal.
They've run their course. We are just lazy now. LOL
First one here!

Unless I’m hurting for cash, i would list those Pokémon together too. Instead of 4 separate listing, 4 different customers, etc I’ll rather just deal with one even if it means a slower sale. Monster… you never know maybe one day. You afraid of spiders…
Time is money. I want to turn money over as quick as possible. I hate spiders! LOL
I haven’t been seeing your videos pop up
Once your hands leave the item it’s fair game.
So how do you suggest I get a bag to put it in?
I feel like you flubbed it after waiting all those hours. Were the Christmas bulbs the #1 thing you were going for? What's the top dollar on those? I keep an ironclad grip on items I'm going after until it goes in my bag. You should've put the bag on the floor or table and never let go of the boxes until it went in the bag. You can read the pricing later and put it back if too high.
Nope, you are wrong! You are trying to justify unacceptable behavior. If someone is looking at something you wait until they are through, or at the most you ask them if they are going to get them. That woman was wrong and so are you if you believe that way. It’s rude and selfish!
Don't have anything planned for meetups, but I did just move to Springfield, OH and started bringing my eBay store back online post-move!
Fun
No meetups just want to thrift in places out of my normal range for maybe a full weekend. Too busy with garage sales right now
We go source whenever we travel so we can expense some of the trip.
I am still hoping something will crop up within 2 hours drive of where I live.
We can start a GoFundMe for a Greyhound ticket to get you to Crossville
