Atlanta, GA to Stone Mountain, GA - Georgia State Route 236
Follows a non-interstate route through Atlanta and on to Stone Mountain via the entirety of State Route 236. Road names along this route include Lindbergh Drive, Lavista Road, and Hugh Howell Road.
NOTE: The last five miles or so of State Route 236 have been truncated, therefore its new eastern terminus is at Lawrenceville Highway (US 29) in Tucker. Prior to 2024, SR 236 extended east from this point along Hugh Howell Road to the Stone Mountain Freeway (US 78) just outside of Stone Mountain Park.
