For my 500 grams of oil, lye is 70.75 grams and water is 190 grams this is base to the soap calc I used. And one thing there is additional of lye because of the presence of citric acid. Please check my video I indicate the formulation how to add the lye when citric acid is added. Thanks, I hope I answered your concern.❤

is adding kojic acid powder before trace a good idea? kojic acid is heat sensitive so i feel like the heat from the oil and lye will destroy its benefits before it even turns out as a soap. is it better to add Kojic acid after trace? what are your thoughts on that? and how well has the soap worked for ya'll?
