When I took my covers off for the first time, my wheels had black scuffs and deep scratches where the covers attach to the wheels. Does this paint match exactly because I'm thinking of buying it just for that. I tried another touch up paint from amazon but it was too dark. Thanks

Selling private party is a nightmare and so easy to get ripped off. Selling to Carvana is far less likely to be a disaster than a private party sale, but not as easy as trading into a dealer.

Energy costs about the same compared to a 25mpg car. Better MPG vehicle, and EV falls behind at those kwh prices. Throw in EV MSRP premium, and there's a big price disadvantage. City driving is where EV may do better.

How long did it take for your car payment, was it instant?

Our experience with Carvana was terrible. The delivery time was from 11am-2pm EST. 2pm passes, but we get no call, no notification, nothing. We call to follow up, and were told to wait another hour or so. Carvana would not give us a valid ETA on the late delivery. Calling this unprofessional and a lack of customer focus is an understatement. We would not recommend buying or selling a car from Carvana.

had total different experience. smooth, just shared the registration and picture of the odometer and few documents directly through their website. no pictures of the car to take. had a straight forward process including the pickup and receiving top dollars.

Any issues with Carvana paying off the lean in a timely manner? Don’t want them taking months to pay the actual lean off costing me late payment fees and credit issues.

Wednesday delivery of home Mazda car

My experience with Caravana sucks. Tried to schedule them to pick my car. Spent time on the phone waiting almost 20 minutes to speak with customer service, having them to say they can’t. And I will have to schedule to deliver the car myself which is over 120 miles away. And will need a ride back 120 miles. So please check in your area if there is carnana near you.

I would setup a separate isolated wifi network that this charger is connected to so they are not accessing anything else on your home network. I have done that with all the 'smart' devices I have - the regular network can see that one but that network can't see the regular network. Tesla can see the charging data anyway, so you are already sharing that info anyway.

We have the the juice box. We had it almost four years and it quit working and they sent us a new one for free. Great customer service and warranty. Still using it for two Teslas.

Well that’s a huge bummer. But tbh I’m not entirely surprised. I’ve said before, if the customer service is good and we feel taken care of, customers are willing to put up with an extraordinary amount of shenanigans, especially when we love and believe in the product. As long as Tesla steps up and does you right, it’ll be forgotten. Or if the opposite, well, that will be massively disappointing. Hope you don’t get lost in their shuffle!

I would live with it, too much hassle for a small defect which only you know about. Life is too short and I would not risk some other issue arising while they have the car.

How do you like it so far? I just ordered it and delivery date shows June-July

Don’t forget when trading into tesla assuming you are buying a tesla you save the sales tax on the trade in value, So tesla, carvana and zoom were all within 200 of each other. With tesla getting there with their trade in value plus value of car tax saved.
