Is lift different from saline ?

I have had 20 laser sessions on a tattoo and am tired of getting ripped off. This is my last resort and no one in my area offers this service so I will do it myself. I’m reaching desperation . Can I use a derma pen instead of a tattoo gun? Please respond . Thanks

Can you remove at the same time as tattooing i.e. side by side? How much of a gap does there need to be between a new powder brow and old faded pigment that is poking out of the bottom of the new shape and ruining it?

I dont know how to keep my pressure light enough, as I think that is the issue for me because I cant do the first pass without numbing, my clients cant handle it. Majority of them are 50+ with delicate skin but I still think its my pressure. Any tips?

Follow up question… how do they produces I find I like working with a bigger diameter for shading.35/12 but what are the others used for and what techniques benefit with use for your outcomes in your experience.
