You want to tell us that when you paid the first one you couldn’t notice in a week after even because when you pay you notify the ministry of finance the next day . Now if you have paid a wrong supplier couldn’t you discover then ?????????? You telling us the bank of Uganda is like a robot you just pay I propose you should have a list of suppliers to make sure you are paying the right people instead of just paying air from the ministry of finance . I guess you have lost a lot of money through ministry of finance because you just pay without knowing who you are paying .
