That was a brilliant show. Jerry Lewis put it over the top! When it was running, I ran across a couple of people who didn't like it. The comedy was pretty hard-hitting about family relationships, and that made it good, but perhaps there was too much reality in it for some to bear.

Jerry Lewis was NEVER funny...

I was not allowed to watch TV unless it was good clean programs/movies etc. My dad called the TV “the idiot box” because only idiots believe everything they tell you (exception to this statement was movies and good clean shows)
