I hold a 3rd dan in WTF TKD and I have to say I have watched quite a number of this guy's podcasts and he is an excellent martial artist with near-perfect technique. ( I say near perfect as I believe perfect technique is something to be strived for and never quite achieved!, its what keeps us going!)

The Master in this video is AWESOME!!! speed power technique control. I hope when I am his age I am still training.

It was so nice ITF started to use hands, but now this stupid rulles about only two punches made taekwon-do useless to compare with hard styles.

ITF and WTF tkd are good martial arts ITF has the same kicks as WTF so why do people go crazy about the 2 styles WTF practitioners in a street fight wouldn't use a 720 hook kick they would fight like a ITF practitioner both styles a effective period

He who does not climb to the mountains top...to see the entire view is impossible. With that being said, one must understand the art from first becoming a student, a don. Though I'm aspiring to cross the sands and begin my journey, I will offer this...These techniques teach timing and distance. By sparring other styles one will develop their OWN rhythm and style within themselves. If you haven't achieved don rank to see the self defense, I'd reserve my comments.
