Nice video - on the lever key Vectis MPL can you use a standard unsprung lever handle with a separate std key way escutcheon (92mm cc) or does it need Vectis ( eg balmoral) special lever set ?

I've had couple of theese failed ,best option I find flat screw driver to remove metal plate on front ,comes of easy ,insert key turn to 12 clock you can see it left the levers then pull the latch across with small screw driver ,problem is the new one I've fitted know doing same months on ,cheap shit

one night I took a long time, can't open a HU100 lock. second morning, I took it easy and opened it in 3 min. I really think take it easy is the key.
