I'm in the US and I can't purchase the drinking chocolate in your video because the company does not ship here. Do you recommend a different brand or does it matter? Thank you for your input!

А мы в рашке , всегда делаем рисунок под правшей. Тоесть ты берешь чашку правой рукой и рисунок смотрит на тебя.
Yeah here too, I just didn’t hold the cup right haha
How do you not spill it??
Muscle memory mostly. Done it few times now
Is that milk or cream?
Milk! Frothed with steam wand
Can ye do a tutorial on how to make Dead Eye, Lazy eye, Red Eye
QUEEMOS ASSISTENCIA TÉCNICA.
Nice one! What temperature is the steam wand set to? I’m finding at 130C the bonsoy is heating way too quickly without much texture..
Nespresso coffee sucks. Pre-grounded, full of conservatives, unhealthy, causes serious stomach and intestine problems. That's not how coffee is supposed to be consumed! Buy a good grinder, a mid espresso machine, some good fresh coffee beans and you are set.
Nah it's all snake oil. There are no scientific papers about. You want to overcomplicate coffee when i can make a coffee way better than 99% of that with just an old moka
Yes, you can tamp too hard. Your puck becomes too compressed and slows the flow too much, resulting in over extraction and an overly bitter taste.
No you can’t it’s physics.
@@imaxsw121 Because science isn't a valid explanation. Please elaborate on the physics of why you can't tamp too hard.
@@kieran7655 Because tamping is all about getting all air pockets removed. Once you've removed all the air, even with an hydraulic press, you won't be able to tamp more.
@@imaxsw121 That's not accurate, you don't remove all air from it, a person cannot press hard enough to remove all remains of air from the puck. If you did, how would water flow through at all? Water cannot flow through a solid object, to use your own words, it's physics. Correct pressure of tamping, leaves enough air in the puck to allow water to evenly flow at the correct rate. Under tamping means there is too much air and the water flows too quickly through all of the large air gaps, over tamping means there is not enough air remaining and so the puck is too solid to allow adequate flow of water.
@@kieran7655 Jesus. its all about the coffee grind size lmao, this is why HARD tamping on COARSE grind will have a high flow rate, while the same HARD TAMPING on a finer grind will have a slower flow rate. I mean, how is it that hard to understand lmao
I must not be steaming my milk properly, because when I pour, it is thin at first and drops to the bottom and then the last little bit is a coarse foam like you'd use for a cappuccino. Wide variability within the same pour instead of a consistent steamed milk.
Your milk and foam may be splitting if you let it sit for a while. I would spin it in the jug gently 10+ times until the foam and milk is combined and looks like wet paint before pouring. But I’ll do a new milk texturing video too
HOW ARE YOU NOT POPULAR??
Haha thanks, just giving it a go properly for the first time
Impressive move! Well played.
BRO HOW YR EVERYWHERE
