This made me cry, holy sh**... Thankfully, I don't have any diabetes, however my mom has Type 2 diabetes and she even once said to me "you don't know what it's like to have diabetes" and I'm sure she's right. But to have Type 1, which is supposedly the worse of the two, must be hell. Praying for Jonathan's son and anyone else who has diabetes. The fact that Jonathan Davis has his own demons he battles/battled with, depression, suicide, alcoholism and child abuse/sexual, and in spite of all his problems he still manages to be a father to his boy and care for him, makes me respect him 1000000 times more, hes amazing! My sister of 46 years has been type 1 diabetic I have saved her life many times running out of work getting speeding tickets to shove a peanut butter sandwich down her, mouthful of a Mountain Dew my point is make insulin free!!!!!!

I'm so fucking sick, tired and depressed! I have been suffering from Diabetes Mellitus Type 1 since 10 years old. And now, I have diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. In short, I'm slowly dying in pain. Diabetic neuropathy is painful a complication of diabetes. I have alot of the symptoms of neuropathy. (Pain, burning, numbness, tingling, weakness, and itching etc.). I have been taking a Neurontin 600 mg, 2 or 3 times a day for my neuropathy. This medicine is very scary and I don't recomend it to anyone. Neurontin ruined my life. I hate it but i need it! It left me in pain most of the time among even worse symptoms. It is hard to find a doctor to listen and understand Neurontins side effects. (Buzzing sensations, muscle twitches in my legs and arms, dizzy head, crying for no apparent reason, headaches, migraine, shivering cold and stiff neck, tooth sensitivity, forgetting words, hair loss, dry skin, blurred vision, insomnia etc.) It's like a medical "lobotomy!"😵 When I take Neurontin, I feel like an emotional roller coaster. This medicine doesn't lessen my pain. I still live in 24/7 chronic pain. I still have the pins and needles, bee sting, electric shock and shooting pain sensations in my leg, hands, foot, sometimes head and body as well as the loss of sensation and hyper sensation of the skin etc. The complications of diabetes are so scary. So I totally understand why Jonathan is crying. It's all so hard!

My little little bro has type 1 and it’s so hard sometimes but he fights and kicks it’s ass and I’m so proud of him and I couldn’t even deal with it myself. I’ve watched him cry and fight but he’s on the pump now and it’s easier. Happy to hear someone with a voice like Johnathan Davis talk about it. As a huge korn and Nu metal fan this makes me so happy.

KoRn and Slipknot work together like peanut butter and jelly. Two of my favorite bands.

Thank you so much for everything you do. My son was just diagnosed before his 2nd birthday, we had to rush him to the ER and found out that his glucose levels were at 1,000😰 he was almost comatose. They flew him to a hospital near by that was better equipped to handle his disorder. It is such a horrible kind of sadness to see your babies getting pricked and shots Everytime before they can eat or drink anything, constantly monitoring their carb intake and checking their levels. I don't sleep well at night right now because I am so afraid of him getting low in his sleep. Gosh, this turned into a rant...I am so thankful for you and this song💞

My son was diagnosed 07/27/2016 and everything johnathan says is spot on type 1 really does effect everyone involved almost got choked up watch him talk about everything it hits so close to home

diabetes is bad. My dad has to take pills everyday for potassium levels blood pressure and other things. I know with diabetes you can loose your feet and that is scary if not treated right. My dad got surgery and got rid of the adrenal gland on his right kidney and it was great because he didn't have problems with the high blood pressure or low blood pressure for good which is less pills to take but then according to the doctor he got another thing to battle now, it is worse and it is a Kidney disease, it is said to be stage 3 by the doctor but I know nothing about that disease and don't even know the name. So far my whole family is fine, thank God but hopefully that disease goes away, I have faith it will go away because my whole family believes in God which is also why everyone in my family isn't so worried but still it was sad to hear. He got type 2 diabetes for anyone wondering but still diabetes suck whether it is type 1 or type 2.
