Ah awesome video - Nice is lovely out of the summer months! Try La Meranda and Chez Davia for some banging Niçoise cuisine - it's all seasonal loveliness. For bouillabaisse, you'll want proper poisson de roche that you'll get close to Marseille (near the calanques) - you should def film over there!
