    Weather is something that one can't change. Can be a big problem if you are sensitive to it. Find a better place that suits U. It is a personal decision. The other thing is culture and environment. You must like hdb and hawker centre as it is important part of SG.

    Hey thanks this has been real informative! Been considering moving to Singapore since it seems like the govt is heading to become the carbon market trade central for Asia Pacific there. But haven't come across anyone who mentioned carbon projects as a criteria for employment visas there. Would you say that's a hot industry that will be expanding in Singapore for the next 3 years? I'm really curious, thanks!

    • @happy_hapa
      @happy_hapa 4 дні тому

      Glad you found this helpful! Carbon is an industry that is growing and in demand but not necessarily a "criteria" more that due to the demand, it's more likely foreigners can get visas for those jobs

    Oooooh do you live in Tanjong Pagar ? I stayed 10 days at Habyt Cantonment and came back home two days ago. I feel you for the heat and humidity but, idk why, it was good for my body at some point. I came sick and it disappeared quickly + I had no issue with digestion. I also felt so safe walking at night; really not the same in France. I've decided just today that I'd come back iin SG next year for holidays too. To work in SG seems to be complicated since I'm a social worker; but there are many SW in SG so, why not ? I did not see these calm areas in Orchard Road so... Ah, that's why I have to come back. Singapore was always a place where we made money. We had a fabulous time for the last 4.5 years of stay in Singapore, no complaints at all. Public transportation was great and because Singapore was such a small place that made everything so convenience. However we could not establish a strong relationship with Singapore that we could call it home. I think family and friends was one of the reasons, and the friends we had in Singapore kept moving back to where they originally came from, especially in the last 12 months. So we put an end to our journey in Singapore and left in Mar this year.

    A question for the reserving seat in the food hall , you know many people really take their time to buy food and it can take from 40 minutes to 2 hours . My question is , while many other people only take 30 minutes to finish their buying time and eating and can not find a seat and here you put 4 or many 8 pack of your reserving paper and the seats ... is this look very selfish to you ? What if those people suddenly gone off without buying food and taking their paper with them is this mean those Reserving seat will stay like that for the whole day ???
