i like how the characters from the 3rd game have a counter part from the first game heather = harry (they're both mason's who are the protaganist) douglas = cybil (they're the only ones who could be considered a true friend by the end of the game, and they're both police) vincent = kaufman (both are shady people who are related to the order, but rebel because of their own desire) claudia = dahlia (both are crazy old cultists who want to birth god)

Mi theory it’s that Heather, James and Harry saw creatures as “monsters” and people like Dahlia, Claudia, Vincent saw creatures as “angelic beings” Of course Heather wasn’t going around killing regular people… right? Well, In SH3 there was two enemies that you could probably be human and those were Leonard and the Missionary… of course that’s just my assumption. But Heather saw them as monsters.

Favorite scene in the series I think, definitely first or second. Vincent breaking the fourth wall essentially attacking the player for enjoying gunning down the 'monsters' while at the same calling into question the exact nature of the Silent Hill monsters and what they really are is just great.

If this is true than the protagonist's are schizophrenic psyhcopath killer's the exception would be Henry beacuse Silent Hill 4 Monsters were people Walter Sulivan who he previously and currently killed plus Henry suffer's from no trauma or bad childhood meaning he is the only sane protagonist, but still something is off with Henry the way he behaves and talk's i don't know if it was intentional or the voice acting is bad . Henry seem's at time's cold and has no reaction to certain situation's again , again this all could be just bad voice acting.

I honestly thought he was telling the truth and the people of the order were the monsters in her mind in different forms. I think she was seeing something different than what was there at many different points. I really really liked this game and wish I didn't stop playing games for a while but at least I played it in my 2nd run of gaming. I played it in 2006, after playing the first two the years they came out. I was just between Senior year of High School and Sophomore year of college so I had other guy priorities haha...but ya amazing game.

Everyone sees something different in silent hill with the fog that surrounds it,it effects everyone with their mind that effects what they see differently.Anyone who comes into contact with the fog in silent effects their mind on what they see.You might see something totally different then what they see out of fear.And he wasn't joking when he said they look like monsters to you.Eddie in silent hill 2 thinks everyone is laughing at him when in reality its no one thier.

Coming back from silent hill back yet again wishing it can get a revival Remake or possibly a Reboot Really missed how dark times and lovely music and Games were back then. Being instruMental from games like this and disturbing.
